Super comfortable bed. Not far from airport. But that’s about it. New-hires trying their best.

The ‘shuttle’ is actually a Lyft/Uber that the desk calls for. But in Syracuse this can mean a long wait. We flew In late and had a 20 minute discussion about the lack of a ride, got our own taxi and then had to ask for reimbursement.

We were put in the handicapped room, which for us, at age 70, was wonderful. We appreciated the safety features and large bathroom. The bed was great. We would love to stay in this room again!

There were no luggage carts available when we needed them so we had to carry all of our luggage and bags ourself and it took 3 trips to the 3rd floor. One of the carts showed up eventually, but had a broken wheel. This was an inconvenience to us to have to carry everything, which was a lot, because we stayed for a week.

Location was great. Very convenient to many stores and the studio my daughter competes at.

Lots of broken and outdated items. Fridge was broken. We had to swap out with a different fridge by ourselves. reserved a double queen room. they placed us in a single king bed with pull out sofa. Husband sat on sofa bed and fell thru do to the bed missing the springs to hold bottom half on bed frame. outlet on lamps so loose phone chargers don’t stay in.

The room was good size and fairly clean

The check in was slow and bad left my boots in the room went back later they told me I would have to leave and call tomorrow called and no boots were found bull!!

Complementary breakfast and staff was very nice. Location was 6 minutes from the facility we were visiting.

The bathroom wall tile had mildew caked up in the corners. There was strands of hair on out sheets. The bottom of the tub was dirty so much so I could not shower due to the unsanitary conditions.

Internet service was not available

The location was completely on point! It was right off the exit and east to get to. The complimentary breakfast was very convenient .

When we pulled up to the hotel about 35 bikers were partying under the car port drinking and smoking. They were super nice but it was super awkward and uncomfortable for my children . They had basically moved all of the hotels interior furniture outside. We avoided the main entrance for the remainder of our stay after the party grew to about 60 ppl. Our room was dirty and even had a toy left behind. we only had one towel in our suite. If it hadn’t been such an awkward situation I would have changed rooms. Saturday when we arrived it was one lady working and she was doing her best to keep every one happy and safe so I don’t put any blame on her.
