Es un edificio muy viejo y feo. El apartamento es amplio, esta limpio pero le hace falta pintura. Es feo.

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious. Excellent location. Great A/C (1 in 1 bedroom we couldn’t get to work but didn’t contact hosts).
Limited parking (despite having been told we could park on site) so had to park on street but managed to find a park not too far away.

Perfect location in Zadar old town within easy access of restaurants, shops & the Sea Organ. Very welcome air conditioning, including in bedrooms. Clean & comfortable with everything you would need for your stay in Zadar.
Don’t be misled by the outside of the property, inside is lovely & even though it’s on the 5th floor there is a small lift, useful for getting those cases upstairs!

The apartment was big for Croatian standards, door seperating living and kitchen from bedrooms. Nice big fridge and a washing machine and dryer. Kitchen was big and well equipped. Fabulous location. Beds were the most comfortable so far on our trip around Croatia. Aircon in each room and a few english movie channels
Host wasn't contactable by phone but very responsive via the app. Parking was a little tricky, neighbours were unfriendly.

The location was within walking distance to most attractions. Parking was not easy to find, be preparing outside parking.
The building was extreme old, the accommodation was very ordinary and the sheets and towels were still in washer/dryer when we arrived. No view from windows, only into other apartments. We left a day early.

Quite clean, pretty well equipped, additional covers in case the weather is colder, slippers, towels, right in center of the old town,
No lengthy check in/check out, you get codes and can arrive whenever when the appartment is available.
Ventilation that can also heat up.
The door to balcony were a bit broken so we werent able to close them completelly. Not that big of a deal.
The only thing we lacked were some toiletries, like shampoo. But that is mostly just nice to have thing.

Location was excellent, appartment was very comfortable and owner was very helpful. Zadar Old Town had so much to offer, close to Sea Organ, restaurants and pubs and ocean. Will definitely return. Highly recommended this appartment x

Large rooms with multiple beds. Washer and drier available.
There are two closets in the 2nd bedroom, each with its door carved/printed with a human image in black, roughly in real human size. I was somehow scared by those images, and didn't want to sleep in that bedroom. It worked out OK though, because my husband was OK and he slept in that room by himself :)

The rooms, the cleanliness, the apartment itself was huge. This was really necessary when travelling with friends. All facilities was nice. The room had balconies. There was TV with proper cable.
The building was behind another building, so even there was balcony, the view was not good. The ad says beachfront. Its actually near to beach. Like around 50mtrs to beach, but the view was blocked by other buildings

Apartament was very confortable, clean and big. Very good localisation, neer to main Center, restauranst and sea. I recomended if you want to try Croarian night life.
