Notre unité est située au 6ème étage avec une vue spectaculaire sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique depuis la cuisine, le salon et les chambres. Les couchers de soleil sont une prime de notre véranda privée ou promenez-vous sur la plage et marche 7 miles de belle plage de sable blanc. Estero Beach & Tennis (EBT) est situé à l'extrémité sud de Fort Myers Beach. De l'autre côté de la rue, le Santini Plaza abrite plusieurs restaurants, des boutiques de plage et un bureau de poste. Fish Tale Marina se trouve également de l’autre côté de la rue et propose des promenades touristiques, la location de bateaux, des charters de pêche et la location de kayaks pour l’arrière de la baie.
EBT a plusieurs sentiers de randonnée sur le terrain avec un aménagement paysager luxuriant, 4 courts de tennis en dur Tru, une grande piscine chauffée avec chaises longues, un espace barbecue, une laverie automatique située dans le hall et une entrée sécurisée sans clé dans le bâtiment et le logement des propriétaires. Garde de sécurité en service aussi. Il y a un grand parking avec parking ouvert.

Easy to find and easy access! Char has an adorable little condo with view of beach and pool. Excellent grounds people still cleaning the remains of Ian. The pool staff keep it spotless! The place is truly a special place! Char responded to every question quickly! Really appreciated that. My only suggestion is a garlic press and a hand held juicer! Hope to stay again!

Our stay was a bit different this time, we had to switch units 2 days into our trip,no fault of our host. There was electrical work being done on building A and no one could be in the building. The unit that we ended up in was not as nice, but after the staff made some changes things were fine.

We had a great experience. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is incredibly clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We had to leave our vacation early due to a family emergency and Char was very kind, accommodating and responsive. The property is still in the process of recovering from the hurricane but that didn’t take away anything from our experience. We give this unit our highest rating and will definitely return in the future.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. We stayed for 10 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and ended up getting engaged on the balcony ☺️. It’s the perfect location, the condo has everything you need and the owners message back immediately if you have any questions. The check-in/check-out process was easy & contactless so there’s no lines or receptionist to deal with. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future. Thank you for providing us with such a lovely place to stay!!

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed in the last ten years in which we beach two times a year normally! Char has stocked the condo and made the week nothing but leisure even down to toiletries and cleaning supplies which isnt normally how that works! The bed and pillows were comfy and communication was great! The beach was great and very few people around. Shelling was awesome! There was still significant damage from Ian and so devastating but to be expected and didnt stop our time at all! The umbrella provided was broke which I did reach out just to make her aware we didn't do it and she responded quickly! We bought a 7.5ft umbrella and left it for her future guests! Over all clean, friendly host, and everything but meals basically provided for the week! Will definitely rent again if we venture back to FMB!

We were expecting a one bedroom but was actually a studio. Turned out to be plenty of room for my husband and I. Plenty of supplies, great sunset view, and convenient to beach and pool.

Although still under repairs from hurricane Ian, the place was still usable except for the pool. It opened on the day we departed, March 8th. The great view from our condo was of the ocean, the beach and the pool. The grounds were still being redone. Most of the other condo buildings and private homes on the beach were either destroyed by the hurricane or have had no work done yet to renovate. Estero Beach and Tennis Club was the only one in the area that had reopened. The owner of the the great condo has always been easy to reach and has been wonderful. We have already made plans to return.

Condo was lovely, as described. Balcony/View was exceptional. Property still showed much damage from hurricane Ian. Pool was not open. Lobby still showed damage and construction noise was constant. We did enjoy the beach and the gulf.Estero Beach still shows major devastation, with no restaurants open within 8 miles. Overall, please be aware of the conditions and ask many questions.

If we could give this unit and it’s owners ten stars we would. Was an amazing week at Estero beach and tennis club. We have been coming down for 8 years now and always stay here. This unit was the best ever. Clean, Modern, Decorated beautifully and walk in shower was awesome. We will be booking for next year.

FANTASTIC
I have been staying at this facitlity for many years and this was by far the best condo I have ever rented. The condo was clean and was decorated fantastically. Everything you could want for beach going or laying the pool was provied.

The property is fine but the first few days were marred by building renovations that impacted the interior of the condo and were a surprise to us. We would rent again.

WONDERFUL PLACE
This is a very very nice place. We had no regrets on staying there. They had it furnished very nice and had everything that a person would need, If we had to list anything negative it would only be the fact we had a note on the door from the cleaning people asking us to call them and let them know what time we would be leaving so they could get the place on a schedule to clean it, We told them between 9:30 and 10:00 and after dropping our friends off at the airport at 7:00 we we back to get our refrigerated items to find them cleaning the room already. Some of the items were missing but they did locate them for us,

Spring Getaway
The condo is nice, but dated. The cleaning crew wasn't finishes cleaning at 3:05 when we arrived. This was the first VRBO we've stayed in where you have to wash the beach towels on the last day of your stay. There wasn't ant detergent or softener provided and I paid to wash them. That wasn't that big of a deal, but we couldn't use them for the last day.

Beautiful condo
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The only thing I did not enjoy was the traffic in area. I know that has nothing related to this condo, but vacation was not as enjoyable as it could have been. It is Snow Bird season in Florida, but I did not realize how much impact it would have.

Ft Meyers Beach
The property was well maintained and clean. Easily accessed and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Traffic was a bit challenging in high season but it's the location and not the property. Anywhere on Ft Meyers Beach has the same concern. they are working on widening the roads currently.

Tired studio with a great view
Unit was well equipped, but it’s very small. It’s an efficiency, and not a true 1 BR. Decorations are very old. There is no lighting over the tiny kitchenette. There’s literally 18” of counterspace between the sink and stove, and 24” on the adjacent wall, where the oUtlet kept failing. Very inconvenient for preparing meals. Great TV, good bed, fabulous view and nice pool and beach. It’s at the extreme south end on the island and with the traffic, it’s a long drive even once you’re on the island. It’s not the owner’s fault, but just about the entire road is under construction. There’s a fabulous dog park beach about 2 miles away.

Pre-Holiday Present
We took an impromptu trip with some friends to Estero Beach and Tennis Club in Ft. Myers. Our friends had been vacationing there for years. We needed a get away amidst all of the stress of the holidays, pandemic, and life in general. This was the perfect 10 day getaway! Beautiful condominium with easy access to the beach, restaurants, activities, nightlife, and gorgeous views!

Not comfortable to lay in the bed or sit on the couch. The room was about 80 degrees and took an entire 24 cycle to cool it down due to an outdated way to cool the units. The cooling unit is not the fault of the owner, just the way the buildings were built. This unit is particularly nice because the owner has went to great lengths to provide the little things that make a stay like this great. There are beach chairs, a wagon, pool noodles, coolers to take to the beach and pool.....Flying in and not having to buy or do without these items are a great touch and I would highly recommend this unit if staying at this location....

This location that the property owners purchased is very amazing, the views of the pool area, beach surroundings, and of course the beautiful sunsets all from your balcony. I enjoyed the quietness, of the area, as well as the beautiful landscaping. Walking the beach is very peaceful, doing swim laps in the pool, and then watching the sunsets. Perfect sunset condo
We absolutely love this condo!! It was super clean and had everything we needed!! Every night we watched from the balcony and saw the sunsets! Breathtaking views!! Beautifully decorated!! Everything was in walking distance!! The owner Char was incredibly nice and easy to communicate with! We swam with dolphins and manatees right out in the ocean!! Love that we had a private beach!! Highly recommended!! Getting ready to book it again next year!! This is our favorite place!!

The outside grounds of the property are beautiful. We especially enjoyed the amenities offered and the fact our property owner had everything we needed to enjoy the facilities. Loved the balcony view!!! The bed was super comfortable which helped with sleeping away from home. Great vacation!!!

The condo was fabulous. Besides the wonderful view the condo itself was above expectations. The decor, the soft sheets, well stocked kitchen and plenty of multi strip receptacles made it feel just like home. Had the price not increased for next year we would have booked the condo again.

Nice spot on the beach
Nice condo, was great to have the beach chairs and cooler available for use. Bed and pillows a little soft for my liking, but all in all we enjoyed our 10 day stay. We visited for the day, Sanibel and Captiva Island, which is just a short drive. Walking the beach and watching the awesome sunsets, i hated to leave. We will be back.
