location is so far from Yerevan city center, and the breakfast was poor in food options.

Vieles vom angebotenen Frühstück wurde erst nach langer Wartezeit wieder aufgefüllt. Die Vielfalt beim Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Generell eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel als 5.

Facilities and quality of the building

1.staff in reception and bar, during interactions,seldemly reply to our “hello” or “bye” or adequately answer questions. Only a senior bar member,however,were always gracious and smiled consistently. Unfortunately, most were noticeably hesitant to talk, which added stress to our interactions. 2.We often felt we were being treated as a bother when making inquiries or placing orders. 3.The reception was not willing to ensure the safety of our luggage when we sought to leave it momentarily post-check-out. 4.We observed staff fighting on multiple occasions. This was unexpected, given the upscale nature of the establishment. 5.The final invoice of the room during checkout lacked transparency, making it challenging to discern the specifics of our charges. 6.A section of the bathroom was transparent and lacked any method to obscure it (no curtain or such). 7.Last day of our stay, we were promised an early breakfast box at 7:30 AM in our room. However, after several follow-ups, we were informed at 8:30 AM that it was available at the reception.Staff at the bar were confused about almost everything. 8.We overheard a staff post-checkout commenting to his colleagues, "From where the hell did these people book us from? Who are these people?" The remark made us feel we were being treated with disdain,almost as if we were insignificant or unwelcome. 9.We tripped the room's fuse early in the morning due to our malfunctioning hair dryer, but neither the reception nor the in-house technician seemed to know where the fuse box was.After 2 hours of search, their chief technician showed up and told the staff it was behind the mirror! It was perplexing how staff at a 5-star hotel were unaware of the location of the fuse box for their most expensive room! 10.The cleaning team, despite delivering exceptional service, seemed sad and limited in their communication. Their demeanor hinted at a less-than-ideal work environment, yet their service was commendable.

It’s a modern and nice place for staying the rooms are nice.

The cleaners are not doing well , the hotel manager needs to be more professional for training their staff , there are some mistakes which shouldn’t happen in any kind of good hotels , hotel staff needs training courses for being better.

The breakfast is excellent and the location is easily accessible.

Nothing except the air-conditioning system. The ac doesn't reach the set temperature.

The room size is good but the layout is stupid. The snack bar with food was serviced by a nice waiter.

There is no provision for disable people or people with limited mobility. The architect who build this hotel was stupid and unprofessional, had no idea about hotel design. Guests have to climb steps to reception, after they have to climb another staircase to the lifts. The halls are huge but have very little purpose. The rooms size are huge but the en-suite bathrooms are extremely small and badly planned, narrow passage between WC and wash basin with a small shower cubicle. A clever architect can make two rooms out of each room with a decent en-suite bathroom. Very poor light in the bathroom, no light for the shower cubicle, bathroom mirror so poorly lit so one cannot put make-up on. Breakfast is ridiculously poor for the hotel which claims to be a four star one. Service in the breakfast room practically non-existent, there are some salads with no description, coffee only instant (a shame for Armenia), cereals dispenser is there but does not work at all, it is impossible for foreigners to find things to eat for breakfast with no inscriptions. No provision for lactose-intolerant guests or guests with nut allergy. Basically, a huge building with poor layout and very poor service.

1). Private parking, easy to get in 2). Delicious food for order 3). Nice gym in the second floor

1). Absolutely nowhere mentioned that the room does not have any windows. 2). It was 2 times when a man came to women changing room. Looks like it was not by chance. First time I could think that he missed up, but for another day, when it was no one except me in the pool - I don’t buy into. 3). There is a huge noise at the dining room downstairs when you come to the breakfast. And very stuffy.

Spa was there in hotel but there was no menu or ad card in the hotel room..we have to go n ask the front desk to know about spa ...hope they improve on this

Great spacy rooms, clean, comfortable. Good swimming pool and gym. The restaurant was also nice, some dishes were excellent, some okayish.

Not very friendly personal. Noisy area location. And very uncomfortable shower cabin - the water always wants to go to the floor of the whole bathroom.

- Extremely friendly staff, especially the old guy/waiter in the restaurant. - Good and well equipped gym.

- The breakfest ingredients were not fresh at all and seemed to be a bit old. A five star hotel with such modern facilities need to my opinion to have a far more higher quality and various breakfest buffet.
