Comfortable beds, just right in front of the beach and you can go snorkeling through third party. Pool is nice but needs maintenance. food was ok but they have some memorable items like the semitas. wifi is only in common areas so booking.com needs their info updated because is misleading and is bad keeps kicking you out or slow.

Their towel system is ridiculous make sure to understand their instructions clearly from the beginning. no hand towels ask for them and didn’t receive them. very stingy in toiletries. staff is not well trained you ask for a coffee they won’t bring a spoon, if they serve a snack they don’t give you a fork, if you don’t ask for it or they would come back later when your food is cold, there is a lot of people micromanaging the waiters but not actually helping them, they are overworked. the bartender was also waiter and I saw him also cleaning the pool area, this don’t allowed them to master a skill they just work mechanically.

the place is amazing the stuff were really rude i have food allergies they ignore all of my requests or questions they were really rude as well they need proper training.

The pool and the music

Great food, staff, rooms and overall the entire Experience was great!!!

The hotel is ok, the cabins in the woods, away from the pool, are great. We found food that we liked, which is not always the case for all inclusive. The staff was very helpful. The beach access is great.

There is very loud music since early in the morning until 10 p.m. Some of the peacocks seemed in bad conditions.

It wasn’t elderly friendly, my grandma who is 80 years old had an accident because the walkways weren’t lighted at all at night

Food was plenteous and good. Not a great variety by international standards but filling, good, clean. The wait staff were pleasant and very available. The bar staff were exceptional. The beauty of the facility and the ocean were outstanding.

The worst part of the stay was the lack of Wi-Fi. Social media was available but useless for our needs. Cellular reception was poor. As my friend and I needed to stay in touch with our businesses, concerns and families the lack of wi-fi was a real deficit. Otherwise, more than I expected.

The grounds were very dirty not maintained at all trash on walkways for the 2 days we were there the same trash was never removed

The facilities are very beautiful and clean.

The wifi coverage in the room that we were in was very poor.

The water temperature at the beach was great.

Food was terrible and we had no water to shower for one day. Nothing to do at the resort, gym was closed ,no entertainment whatsoever. Not worth the money that we paid. (I usually dont like to write bad reviews but I got really frustrated with the food situation and especially that nothing is even great or safe around the resort)

Besides the breathtaking landscapes of Tela, the hotel provides you a high class experience. The staff is beyond helpful, they really are the soul of the place, they make sure you are well taken care of. Very clean and neat spaces.
