La ubicación y la seguridad.

Los precios del restaurante, muy elevados y no sirven las cantidades suficientes. Están muy elevados! Además, no me cumplieron con lo prometido(cóctel de bienvenida) aunque lo pedí 3 veces, el mismo dia. También siento que son inflexibles en algunos términos de servicio , y necesita prestar atención a los detalles de las instalaciones (focos estaban dañados del área de la piscina) invertir en equipos mas nuevos (t.v.s.) no habia notificacion de wifi (en habitacion) ni fuimos informados de ello y finalmente no había musica en área de piscina. Pero lo que más me impresiono fue lo elevado de los precios del restaurante. Por una tostada (2 rodajas de pan con crema) y jalea pague L. 100!

This was the most amazing time in Tela, Honduras! Wow the staff everything here was exceptional, food was amazing the view from the hotel. I would recommet to you.

Breakfast was ok, service was a little slow. The view was good from the terrace. Coffee was good.

The room description of the Family Room in Booking.com did not match the room we were given. It said it had 3 full beds, but we were given 2 full beds and a single. Also the pictures included a wet bar with refrigerator and a sofa and small living area. None of that was in our room. When I went to investigate with the manager, he said that room doesn't exitst. But when I went down to the pool I saw this room. It was labeled as Private Residence, but the curtains were open and the pictures were of this room. They also included pictures from a yellow room that included 3 full beds, but we were not given that room either. When I turned in my keys the next day, I had my say with the manager once again before I left. I said he actually had a nice place, but was disappointed they had misled us about the room that we booked. He once again told me that I was mistaken and those pictures did not exist and never expressed any apology. To his credit, he has deleted the photos of the private residence sometime today and changed the verbal despription of the room. Still, we will not go back.

Restaurant was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outstanding views from all the terraces.

though it is a bit dated it is clean and well kept

no elevator was a big bummer and as I have my mother who cannot go up stairs we ended up with separate rooms so she could be on the lower level, my husband and I ended up with double beds instead of a king so we had to put the beds together so we could have our baby with us. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as it wasn’t to a standard you would expect from lodging in honduras, no fresh handmade tortillas instead I got store bought and cold tortillas. The staff service at the restaurant was lacking from attentive and promptest.
