The whole experience of our stay was excellent. From the comfort of our rooms, location being handy to everything we wanted, The meals were great and most of all the great friendly banter we had with Chris.

Very clean, comfortable, and friendly. I will stay there again. A peaceful nights sleep.
TV was a bit difficult to operate and needed better step by step instruction to get out of promotional mode to channel mode. Also the restaurant needed more options on the dinner menu and was a bit pricey.

Everything met our expectation, we loved staying there, the ease of the location to the shops as well as the staff were amazing. We enjoyed being with our other fellow Waka Ama team mates. Parking was so close and everything was clean and tidy. We even had enough towels and pillows which is rare for us!
The service was to a high standard. The price was a little bit above what we would of usually paid, but it was fair when we saw what we got in return.

excellent location, close to town and lots of eating options. Lovely quiet room overlooking the lake, although it was still very hidden behind trees so we still couldn't see it haha. Stayed here as needed to be in Hamilton the next day, great alternative with this lovely accommodation and the delicious eateries in Cambridge, will be sure to stay again. Amazing bed and pillows, so comfortable.
I always like to have an extra blanket at hotels, this one included but didnt have one, for when you go to bed and find the air con is still a bit chilly.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, so clean, comfy beds and overall couldn't fault it one bit! I would recommend this to anyone, highly highly rate and will be staying here again soon.

New and modern with beautiful decor and a great location. Bike storage was fab for our trip on the cycle trail.

Good hotel for those travelling for work. Useful shops and places to eat nearby.
Sheets were clean however the towels didn't smell very nice when damp. They could really beenfit from some sort of conditioner to make them smell nicer.

Convenient location, surprised at just how quiet and beautiful the view was from the 2nd floor over the lake.
Breakfast was perfect.
For some reason the sheets didn't fit the bed and were too short. Air conditioning system was noisy and needed maintenance.

We stayed once before and were impressed so decided to come back. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved the wonderful spa and superb breakfast.
Only minor things, one of the beds was very close to the wall/window which felt a little claustrophobic for the person sleeping there. Our son was looking forward to a buffet breakfast and was disappointed to find it was a la carte, but my wife and I were very happy with the breakfast.

Comfortable, clean, use of spa, lovely restaurant on site, breakfast included was excellent value for money, professional / friendly staff.
We loved it, but if anything - a bigger bed would have been an added bonus ☺️
