It was a lovely location and easy reach to activities around the Cambridge area. The accommodation was to a high standard and really would certainly stay again

Country farm location was very peaceful with the odd lowing cow. Our host was very welcoming and eager to please us. She provided fresh milk and bread as well as other basic needs. We were able to do laundry and use the tumble dryer which was great as were on the move a lot and needed to do some washing. Beds were comfortable and the air con worked very well which was great as it was hot. The bathroom is very modern and has a great bathtub for a good long soak. The distance to Hamilton from the home was 15 mins by car. Hobbiton was only 30 mins away. Wi-fi unit was in the apartment so it was for our personal use. A BBQ was available but we did not use it.
Apartment and Kitchenette felt a little cramped. However, the cooking options were increased by the availability of a plug-in electric burner and a BBQ. Internet was a bit dodgy for a while on the second night but eventually settled after a couple of hours.

Everything! The location, the property. Very clean, had EVERYTHING we needed, it even has a rice cooker and iron and iron board, washing machine and dryer. There was 4 types of complimentary cereals, milk. We enjoyed a loaf of delicious freshly baked homemade bread when we arrived, thanks Denise! Denise is very hospitable. Would highly recommend 100%.

situated 5km from the centre of Cambridge, Envisage Estate is close enough to Highway 1 and to get to the vast array of shops and restaurants but far enough for total tranquility. The property is maintained to a very high standard in facilities and cleanliness. The bathroom is exceptional and with a massive Italian bathtub.
Denise’s hospitality was faultless and done with kindness and interest in her guests. Thank you Denise, hope to see you in the future.

The cottage was warm, comfortable and well appointed. There was everything we needed: some basic food supplies (and some home-baked bread) and utensils in the kitchen, plenty of fluffy towels in the bathroom, and very comfy beds. The host was very thoughtful and considerate, leaving a light on and turning on the heat when we were late arriving and the weather was cold and wet.
The interior decor was very tasteful and the outside was quiet and restful and very picturesque.

We loved everything about this property! A beautiful spot to unwind and relax after a busy week attending a course nearby with a colleague. The bathroom is amazing, gorgeous linen, homemade bread and other breakfast goodies, comfy beds and a perfect sized kitchenette with everything you need. Thanks Denise and Grace for making us feel so welcome!

nice and quiet
The pillows were so uncomfortable and they were the only sort in both bedrooms so couldn’t swap. A bit more attention to detail as far as cleaning goes would be good. There were spiders in the bathroom and I turned the air conditioner on and stuff came out of it and landed on the pillow plus the windows needed a good clean

We were warmly welcomed and were delighted with the well appointed accommodation. The bath is wonderful!
We set the fire alarm off when making our toast in the morning. Only reason we could find was that it maybe needed a clean out of crumbs.

Modern and very comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, with the biggest bath I've ever seen! Lovely chocolate treats and breakfast provided.
Limited living area of you bring the family, but you can open up the doors from each room and enjoy the grassed area and the view.

Our stay was exceptional. Denise went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect . There are little hints of spoilt in the unit , like the fresh ground coffee, the fresh cob, chocolates and list goes on . The bath is stunning overlooking the breathtaking views 😍. Location was perfect short drive to town and family . Citrus trees around the property were a hit with the kids having a fresh orange and limes . The beds were comfy and room and facilities very clean . Top spot.... thank you

Bath!!!!Chandelier are stunning.Comfy beds,very friendly host.We loved exploring garden and that kids were able to pat friendly dogs,that was a bonus for us.
Also loved milk bottle,that was great.
Everything was great but maybe I can suggest that possibly there might be a small reading light,just we found main lights pretty bright.....but everything else is 👌
