Very friendly and helpful hosts. Nice breakfast with vegan and vegetarian options. Sweet dogs and cat. Safe neighbourhood. Bed / mattress was OK.

It could have been a little bit cleaner.

it was a great escape from the city location. the house had a traditional charming feel and had a garden, two cute dogs, and cat. it was a little far to the metro if you have heavy bags, but an easy walk without. the host is extra hospitable. she ate breakfast with me in the mornings and recommended a list of places to visit, even writing down how to find the locations and which order I should visit. it was splendid! on my checkout date I had to leave early in the morning and she was kind enough to prepare breakfast earlier than usual. definitely will revisit if I’m in the area. highly recommend!

Welcomed into a real suburban Brussels home, complete with a cool black cat and 2 dogs. A nice atmosphere and stimulating conversation at breakfast with the host and other guest in 2nd room.

I will know the next time, but a little tricky to find, as any suburban house might be.

The house is really beautiful and Michel and Patricia are so nice and make you feel like home. Also they have 2 dogs that are super cute, metro station is about 12 minutes walk and there's also a supermarket about 7 minutes from there.

The host provided wonderful breakfast. We sat down and had a nice conversation - both Michel and his wife Patricia are very intelligent and polite. It was a pleasure to spend my business trip at their place!

I didn`t like the fact that my business trip was too short :) I wish I could spend couple more days at their house and pet the dogs. Hopefully next time, I will have the chance! Thank you guys and see you in Varna!

The room is in the home of a retired couple who worked and lived on several continents. We had an interesting chat by the fire in their fireplace, accompanied by their two dogs. Michel helped with my suitcase up the one flight of stairs. An information sheet on my room's desk showed the wifi code and the dogs' names. The house is on a silent street. Patricia set out a generous breakfast with ham and cheese for me at 7 a.m. The neighborhood is served by two bus lines to/from the center of Brussels that run every 10 minutes during the day and 15 minutes in the later evening.

Getting to their house from Brussels' North Station (for example) required a little research in the website of Brussels public transport to take the right tram and then bus. I don't mind planning such transfers in an unfamilar city, but in any case that's what you have to do - or take a taxi. But the website is well-done and I'm sure Michel and Patricia can give you some tips before your arrival if you if you ask.

Welcoming hosts.

While the green forrest-park near the place is very nice during the day, if one travels when dark, it might seem unpleasant. I arrived after 8 pm and it was dark and I felt a bit unsafe while getting there. Bur the host told me after that the area is safe. The room is in the house where the hosts live. The bathroom is shared.

The couple is a very sweet couple who make you feel like home. It's a nice cosy house and direct metro connection to central station only 9 minutes travel time. Highly recommended if you want to get away from the hustle bustle of the city. I will surely book this place again if i revist brussels

It was embarrassing to walk through the living room of the owners to get into my room. The toilet is on the first floor, the living room is on the second.

Everything was perfect! Hosts are super nice. And dogs were very friendly. Breakfast was good, wide range of jams etc. Patricia dropped me to the airport because there was a strike and public transport was not working. Totally recommend. You can use bus to get to the city center.

Good location (the nearest metro station is in 10 minutes), quiet district, plenty of bars and restaurants within a walking distance, beautiful garden. Michel and Patricia are lovely hosts and welcomed with great hospitality. I learnt quite a bit about Belgium during the conversation over breakfast, I wish I had had more time to spend in Bruxelles.
