Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung in einer alten Villa. Natürlich knirschen dann die Dielen, das Treppenhaus hat sein Vintage Flair usw. Super nette & hilfsbereite Vermieter. Lage ist gut: zur Innenstadt, zu mehreren Bäckern ebenso für Ausflüge. Und einen Parkplatz zu haben ist immer super, wenn man als Familie anreist. Nicht ganz so toll ist das Raumklima, ist maximal so warm wie draußen so dass man doch ziemlich viel Heizen muss. Klar, Haus ist älter und hat seinen besonderen Stil dadurch aber isoliert wäre es nochmal angenehmer.

Auf den 2 Etagen ist sehr viel Platz und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht!

Excellent accueil, appartement lumineux et spacieux, proche du centre-ville de Colmar. Les propriétaires résident au rez- de -chaussée. Couple charmant et discret. Nous recommandons cette location.

L'appartement est propre, très bien entretenu avec tout le nécessaire. L'accueil est chaleureux et les propriétaires restent disponibles. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Colmar ainsi que les alentours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Die Wohnung ist schön und groß. Sie bietet 5 Schlafplätze auf 2 Etagen und verfügt auf jeder Etage über ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Treppe zwischen den beiden Etagen ist in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet. In etwa 15 - 20 Min. ist an zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Ein Bäcker ist etwa 100 m entfernt. Gegenüber des Hauses wird ein größerer Neubau errichtet. Es gibt aber keinen störenden Baulärm. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.

The property was clean, comfortable and very well-equipped, with plenty of space inside for a family of five, and balconies in sun and shade. It's just over 10 minutes walk into the old centre, and there is plenty to see in Colmar and the surrounding area. It's also close to an excellent swimming pool - great for a family of active boys, a very short drive away from a lake with swimming, beach volleyball etc, and an even shorter walk to a great bakery for breakfast croissants. The location is quiet and feels safe, and there is off-street parking. Claude and Annie were very friendly and incredibly helpful, even acting as translators when we needed a repair done on our car. We had a lovely week in Colmar, and would thoroughly recommend.

Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir (drei Erwachsene) hatten viel Platz, auch eine vierte Person, die für eine Übernachtung kam, konnte gut untergebracht werden. Die Vermieter, die im selben Haus wohnen, waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

This apartment is wonderful, very spacious, lots of windows, lots of clothing storage space, two balconies and multiple English TV channels. The bed was very comfortable too. Communication before arrival was excellent. Even with a checkout the day I arrived, they were able to accommodate my early arrival request. Mr. and Mrs. George were very nice. Mr. George even drove me to the train station the day I left as I had returned my rental car! I gave location 4 stars as it's a 20 minute walk (for a 66 year old) to the old quarter and over a bridge. Still, I would recommend this apartment!

We were warmly greeted by the genial hosts Annie and Claude. Annie presented us with some of her freshly baked biscuits. Delicious. The apartment was spotless, very well presented, spacious and very well equipped. Excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities. Very good quality throughout. We were able to park our car securely in the owners backyard, although it is a pleasant and safe area, this was a huge plus. It is an easy walk into Colmar itself which is a most beautiful city. We highly recommend this apartment, we could not fault it. Many thanks again to Annie and Claude.

We shared with another couple and there wasnt a lot of privacy as glass doors, and a mezzanine to sleep on which was very nice and en-suite. This propert we feel is more suitable for families. An idea position for wine route and Alsace.

Very clean and efficient appartment. George and Annie, our hosts could not have been more accomodating. The back garden with covered table and beautiful flowers was fantastic to sit and relax and visit. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance tot he city center and markets. Great bakery just a block away.

This has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Both M & Mme George were lovely and it was very easy to communicate with them for our booking. When we arrived they were there to greet us and the apartment was just beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed and they were very helpful when we arrived to show us around the apartment and how things worked etc. There was even a lovely gift on our arrival of local treats and a lovely tea cloth. It was a very handy location with a boulangerie 2 short blocks away and it was an easy walk into the old town. Colmar was a great base to explore the many beautiful villages. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and a visit to Colmar.

The appartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The owners were very helpful and friendly and welcomed us with a delicious Kugelhopf cake! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the town centre and there is ample car parking space on the owners' drive. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return!

A very well appointed upstairs apartment, light and spacious. Our English speaking hosts Claude & Anni were very welcoming and on hand for any queries. Secure parking off road is a bonus. There is a very good supermarket/petrol station/ cash machine about 10 minutes by car.

We have just spent a week in this lovely apartment in beautiful Colmar. Myself, my husband and 82 year old mother travelled from London via Eurostar and TGV to Colmar. Monsieur George kindly met us at the station and also took us back when it was time to leave. The apartment is really spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need and its certainly one of the best we have stayed in. It’s in a quite location so a good nights sleep is guaranteed in the comfy beds just like ‘home from home’. Just up the road there is a bakers, handy to nip out and get lovely fresh croissants for breakfast. We didn’t have a car so were reliant on foot or public transport which was not a problem. It maybe took us a bit longer to walk into town with my mother, so going back in the evening was not an option having walked round all day. However, we didn’t miss out, we went to Riquewihr, Ribeauville and Strasbroug and obviously all round Colmar, ate in some lovely restaurants and picked up anything we need from Monoprix (supermarket) near the Unterlinden Museum before returning to the apartment. Monsieur and Madame George are kind hosts who were there if you needed them without interfering. It was a pleasure to stay in their house. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and definitely recommend it, so all I can say is make that booking! you won’t be disappointed.
