We spent 4 days at this residence as a family of 4 and I must say that it was quite enjoyable. The property was very clean. A couple key aspects included were the accessibility to the parking lot as well as having many attractions near the property such as the beach and incredible food. I would say that this was definitely worth the expense and I would strongly recommend this property for family’s and others.

The apartment was very clean, had the essentials, and was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. It was in a lovely neighborhood that felt safe for our family of four. The property manger was friendly and attentive. We would stay here again!

L'apartament és agradable, net, cuina molt complerta, bany ample (WC en habitacle a part). Valorem molt positivament el poder tenir un aparcament reservat, alhora que la centralitat de l'apartament per anar a la platja com per desplaçar-se en cotxe a altres indrets. Un agraïment especial pel senyor Claude, amb qui vam contactar i ens va rebre i acomiadar, molt atent i amable en tot moment. Aquest apartament és una bona elecció.

The property owner was so understanding and accommodating. She provided us with information about getting from the airport late in the night to the property and someone met us at that time to give us the keys and details about the apartment and its surroundings. The apartment was exactly as described. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Grand Appartement très agréable pour un séjour sur Biarritz : bien placé pour accéder à pied au centre de Biarritz et dans un quartier saint Charles très commerçant; bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel; bien rénové dans un collectif calme et sécurisé; et avec un accueil local efficace.

Un séjour agréable, logement confortable et propre. Une place de parking très importante à Biarritz. Une personne pour nous accueillir très sympathique, un propriétaire très à l’écoute. Une adresse que nous recommandons. Merci encore.

Appartement très agréable et très propre, bien équipé.(je dois dire que j'ai beaucoup apprécié que la propriétaire ait laissé à disposition les produits de première nécessité même si nous avions amené ce qu'il fallait,échaudés par de précédentes expériences.) Lumineux. Literie confortable . A notre arrivée accueillis par un ami de la propriétaire charmant et très arrangeant. Petite attention de bienvenue (une bouteille de Jurançon et une petite terrine.) Franchement dès le départ j'avais bien aimé le contact eu avec la propriétaire et cela a été confirmé sur place. Place de stationnement pratique .(indispensable sur Biarritz) Résidence calme avec parties communes également propres. A proximité d'une rue commerçante (boulangerie,fromager.traiteur, caviste.) À pied en quelques minutes du centre. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Mme Rougier et Claude.

Réactivité de la propriétaire très sympathique, accueil et disponibilité lors du séjour fort appréciables. On a l’impression d’être attendus, lits faits, café à disposition, produits ménagers, documentation… L’appartement est agréable, très propre et bien situé et surtout le parking privé est un luxe !
