Very comfortable setting, breakfast was excellent and a 5 minutes walk from the beach, lovely hosts. 👍🏻

It’s uniqueness. The architecture inside was so different, and i enjoyed having breakfast by the huge fireplace.
Had trouble shutting the doors, but not important as the main room door was secure.

Rooms are very clean. Their hospitality was very good. Complimentary breakfast is also have variety of options. It's just located next to the sea.
Since its a off season, I got the parking. But, on season you may find difficult to park.

The house is on a fairly quiet coastal road and faces The Solent. It must be very satisfying if your room has a sea view. The owners were very helpful, and we both enjoyed our breakfast. We were able to safely park outside on their forecourt. Finally, there looks to be a very promising gastropub within 100 yards.

Great location near various beaches, a local gastro pub, a wildlife reserve and cafe. Free parking for all guests. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold options and beverages. Friendly hosts who will make you feel at home.

The host was most welcoming, showed us to our room and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent, with a varied menu available that catered for our respective diets.

Tony and Kate were lovely, the house is welcoming and located in a lovely spot near the Sea and also within walking distance to the local pub which had fabulous food options. The breakfast was hands down the best I have ever had at a BnB really tasty and still hot. Thank you Tony and Kate!

Good Location. room was spacious comfortable and clean
some of the breakfast slots were gone leaving 2 slot options which did not work for us as my daughter was sitting an exam. So the breakfast which was supposed to be included we couldn’t have. i think a discount should have been offered at checkout or given the option of a price with or without breakfast. tea coffee facilities in room were lacking. one hot chocolate for a family of 3 including 2 children. so had to split between the 2.
