Very comfortable and makes intelligent use of the space. Remarkably quiet and secluded for somewhere so central to Fareham. A very relaxing base for a short break stay.

The symbols for the heater / air-conditioner control could do with more explanation. Resorted to Google for some guidance.

It was newly done

owner took extra charge in the name of hiring extra cleaners when we requested early in. I had requested at the time of booking, which was never read or acknowledged by the owner until the day I contacted them on the day of check in. no proper ventilation, no proper wardrobe/ rails to dry wet towels. owner requests to keep shoes outside of the property- no racks provided. where to leave them when it’s raining outside?

Location was main thing for us, right in centre of the town.

Bit on the small side but as described, we managed fine.

The accommodation was a perfect size for me. The kitchen had everything that I needed and more. All of the rooms were clean and organised. The property was easy to locate and only a short walk from the train station. The welcome pack was very detailed and informative.

To be honest, we just needed an overnight stay that wasn’t too far from the ferry port but the chain hotels wanted £2-300+ for the privilege and that’s crazy business. The Cosy was a random and (as it turned out) inspired choice. Small but perfectly formed, it was fully equipped with everything you could reasonably need; comfy bed, modern shower, kitchenette, coffee, tea and cooking facilities, tv with Netflix and more. It should also be mentioned that the hostess (landlady?) was charming, attentive and helpful. Did I mention the variety of eateries and the excellent pub a 5 minute walk away in West Street? Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

It’s all good. There might not be room to practice your line dancing but that’s not what it’s designed for.

It was great, a really good place to stay. It was near to the shops, bus and train stations. It was a very peaceful place to stay.

Natalie was a great host and was available if I had any issues, which I am pleased to say were none. The key press was easy to work out and the accommodation was spotless. Communication was great. I would most definitely stay again if I travel to that area.

The only thing missing for me was a bath mat. That's me just being picky. Towels/Tea towels and other kitchen bits were available.

for a business traveller all of the facilities were available. And it was a quiet area so no disturbance to sleep time.
