we had a lovely stay, the property was clean and perfect for us as a little family. Good value for money. spot on location to all facilities including sea front.

the only issue we had was parking being quite cramped as we had a lot of luggage and prams etc but easy to get around. would recommend this place.

Nothing didn't like

The apartment was ideal for my needs, which was a base for racing at Goodwood. Clean and tidy, reasonably priced for the Goodwood weekend.

Nice apartment in a good location to our needs. Off road parking. Clean and well equipped, we enjoyed our stay.

The patio at the back made all the difference. The fact there was washing up liquid, a bit of kitchen roll, salt and a few other basics.

There was old food left in the fridge,nor was the kitchen super clean I had to wipe grease off the hob and tiles. the kitchen was minute , luckily we we were only 2 so could use the breakfast bar to eat when it was raining. More than 2 people would find it difficult. One old frying pan and two small saucepans, only 2 rings and a microwave so only very very basic cooking possible. A strange distribution of space, no tv in the front room only the bedroom which meant we barely used it. It was not expensive so would return as price quality was acceptable, just wish we had had a better idea of layout and the very minimalist kitchen.

Couldn't get better location! Cooking facilities ok, Bed could have been been slightly more comfortable, Internet poor connection, Tv channels very limited, lovely little garden,

Could of done with a cooker, more comfortable mattress, stronger wifi better tv channels but it is what it is.

Apartment was clean and fresh. There was collection of movies to watch, what is good with children. Kitchen was equipped enough to prepare basic food. Children were also happy with board games available. Access to small garden allowed to have lovely breakfast.

Lovely little flat with everything you need for a short stay. It was clean and fresh, nicely decorated and you had use of the garden patio if you wanted alfresco breakfast etc. Close to the beach and shops and places of interest, bus stop two minutes walk to venture further afield. The owners were very accommodating and allowed extra time to stay in the flat as I was catching a later Ferry from Southampton.

The TV was located in the bedroom and not the sitting room, so you had to go through and sit on the bed to watch something. The bed could probably do with a memory foam topper as I felt the springs of the mattress. It didn’t stop me from sleeping, it just took me a while to get comfortable.

This is a lovely apartment in the centre of Southsea just a few minutes walk to the beach. Good general stores nearby and lots of places to eat and drink within about 10 minutes walk. The parking place is most welcome. Southsea is generally busy even in February in the middle of storm Eunice.

Had a problem with the apartment door lock (new door) which should be fixed by the time you read this. Kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner, but not bad.

A convenient location for Southsea with the bonus of off road parking for a small car. Clean and comfortable property in a quiet residential area. Plenty of room for the two of us and good value.

The apartment suited us very well as we were visiting our family in Southsea if you wished to dine in then cooking and eating arrangements are limited it is however fine if you just have breakfast in.

Absolutely amazing people. The place was so clean and tidy. We turnt up last minute because a previous apartment was so bad and they accommodated us so quickly. Also went to extra lengths to help with my car which would not start. Absolutely amazing people and would defiantly stay again

Everything was perfect

Everything the only downfall was not all the channels worked on the TV other than that it was superb

5 minutes from the beach - spacious and nice.

Noise insulation could be better (could hear upstairs neighbours walking)
