Location was great, easy level walk to town. Apartment was dated but comfortable. Appliances all worked, quiet street.

Decor is a bit dated, would be easily freshened up with a couple of hundred dollars at Kmart. Vacuum cleaner was terrible, cushions old, bunk bed squeaky and mattresses cheap and made of foam. Fans were dusty and dining room chair was broken.

Sorry to be negative, but for the money we paid, this property wasn't worth it. I didn't read the fine print. I was expecting at least towels and sheets. There was a pile of dirty towels at out front door that were left there the whole weekend. This is unexpectable. We had family sharing a 3 bedroom house 10 minutes away for similar money per family that was full renovated, modern and provided linen. For a one family residence charging $275 per night we were were better off in a 4 start hotel. Your photos are misleading, we had no views, except for a dirty shed in the neighbouring property and a dirty toilet abandoned in the yard. Taps in the bathroom and laundry were dripping and kept us awake. No air conditioning. The kettle in the kitchen should be replaced. It was black and disgusting on the inside. I would recommend adjusting your pricing to reflect the quality of your property. Won't be recommending this property!

pedestal fans didn't cut it for the muggy weather. Single bed and bunk beds very noisy and wobbly. Queen bed very comfy 🙂 Garage too small for our car.

Lack of basic facilities - no tea towels or bath mats, a half roll of toilet paper, no bin bags and only enough washing up liquid for 1 wash - I would expect basic essentials for the stay it was booked for.
