Outside lights on all night coming through windows and door .The room was too light to sleep, comfortable .The child woke up a few times thinking it was morning due to light coming into the room .old out dated chairs, one having a hole in it.

We had excellent beds, the place was in a nice location, Forster is a lovely little town with beautiful surroundings, the hotel was very clean and supplied everything you need for a night's stay

The room was spotless, grounds of the premises well maintained, comfortable beds, good quality linen, pool and as lovely too.

The good - room was very nice.

The bad - spa didn't work, which was disappointing as it was the reason I booked the room over others closer to beach. - after hours key collection was also a bit of a debacle as the collection machine didn't work and it took 2 attempts to contact someone to release key manually remotely. After a long day, it's the last thing you want to deal with. - no response from property after requesting refund for difference between standard room and spa room. In the end, I contacted Booking.com who said they'd contact the property. A week later no response from them either and after further contact with Booking.com, they gave me the refund (I don't think the property did).
