Nothing went well. It was a disaster.
We booked and paid in advance. The room provided to us had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Wet towels were in the bathroom, rubbish in the bin, dishes in the sink and the worst of all the bed had not been changed. The person who checked us in asked us to wait while he checked on the room. I can only assume he went and pulled up the doona to cover the sheets hoping we wouldn't notice the fact they hadn't been used. This was a deliberate and deceitful attempt to trick us. We obvously complained and were offered another room. Needless to say we refused. How could we stay in a motor inn that tried to trick us into a room that had not been cleaned. To date, no refund has been able to be negotiated by Booking.Com with the owner.

Difficult parking spot. Luckily we had a small car.

We loved the location close to beach and restaurants. Great for our group to socialise. Loved the kitchenware so we could organise our own breakfast.
Noisy exhaust fan in bathroom. Could be noisy early hours of morning with trucks.

La chambre était grande et confortable avec un petit balcon bien sympa et le tout, au calme.

EVERYTHING WAS SIMPLE AND GOOD, INCLUDING THE LOCATION AND ESPECIALLY THE FRIENDLY STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK. THE ROOM KITCHEN ITEMS WERE BASIC AND ENOUGH FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY. THIS COULD BE IMPROVED UPON IN THE FORM OF SALT AND PEPPER AND MORE UTENSILS.
OVERALL IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY.

Great location, 1 block from the beach and 1 block from local shops and restaurants.
Loud and noisy guests when arriving back to the motel after a Saturday night out and stopping in the “common area” seating outside our room. So if staying with children ask not to be placed near the common area seating and all should be good.

Great location and central to cafes and restaurants. Basic room but comfortable and clean. Funny it had a front and rear door which was handy as the rear access was closer to the resturants.

Some of the fixtures are dated but overall, the room was pleasant to stay in.

The general cleanliness of the outside around the building could be improved, a good sweep would help.

It’s an old property that needs a spruce up. The water pipes shuddered each time a toilet or shower was used in our room, the room next door or the room above ours, anytime of the day or night.

External corridor light on all night which lights up the room despite curtains, a sensor light would be more benefical

Location was excellent. Upgraded to renovated room which was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Parking was great especially as we have a large vehicle.

So welcoming and friendly, rooms awesome clean & fresh happy safe environment for daughter and I, very helpful in guide & knowledge of area! Jimmy was just awesome room set for late entry heated not a problem we will definitely be back,
