Beautiful house for our stay! Was very close to all of the Disney parks and Disney Springs. The kids loved the pool and the game area. House was very clean when we got there. Was easy to get into the house and the water park area. Would definitely recommend to others to stay here

We kept finding little black bugs throughout the first floor and master bedroom of the house which caused us to have to buy bug spray and do our best to stay on top of the issue and protect our belongings causing us to not feel comfortable and able to relax at the house throughout our stay. Other than that, everything else about the property and location was very nice.

We had an enjoyable stay with family and friends. I only gave it a 4 stars in cleanliness due to the ants, which, assuming is normal for area. Especially, if have small kids leaving crumbs. However, as soon as I informed Hernan of issue from last tenants, he was more than accommodating. I would certainly recommend property and would stay again.

Everything was a described in the listing. Very clean, with a lot of little extras like paper products, plenty if towels, laundry sup0lies, etc. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Just a few steps from all the resort amenities too! We will definitely consider staying here again when we return next year!

We had an amazing time for our 39th anniversary with our children, grandson and my parents. This house was the perfect dose for us. It was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Communication with the owner was so smooth and easy. We highly recommend staying at this property.

The place was lovely. This was the first time my family was visiting from South Africa and the kids thought this was Disney with the mini water park at the entrance, house games room as well as the 2 kids themed bedrooms.
Lovely and spacious.
Only suggestion would be for a bigger water heater for the house. Being the last person to shower was always a cold one.

Everything was great except we left more supplies then what was there ie dischwasher and laundry detergent soap... in addition the sinks rt side in the master bed room near pool wouldnt drain and could see discusting hair in the drain rt sink... other sink worked needs fixing..

A perfect 15 min distance from the Disney Parks. The house was spacious and as described. Disappointed in the cool weather which in turn did not make the pool/spa tub warm despite paying the extra fee for it and keeping in mind it is not a hot tub. Hernan was always very responsive. Loved having plenty of clean bath and beach towels. Shower water was hot with plenty of water pressure. Did not use the main community center. I would definitely stay there again if I were to return to Orlando with my family!

The family and I really enjoy our stay.. The house was beautiful very clean and spacious.The house was well decorated and the kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. We will most definitely look to stay there next year when we return!

The house was perfect for what we were looking for…clean, plenty of space, great location, and the kids enjoyed the garage which had games and a tv where they could hang out. Hernan was also quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely recommend!

Wanted to get away for a few days and enjoyed this 5 bedroom pool home. The price was very reasonable. It was only 3 of us and needless to say it was plenty of room. We had no intentions of going to the parks and just stayed on the property. We were either at the back yard pool or the lazy river which was a very short walk. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It was situated in a nice location. Definitely will be back

Property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Owner communicated regularly and provided all information needed. We had 9 staying (6 adults, 3 teens) and had plenty of room to spread out and have personal space as well as plenty of space to spend time as a group. Property was clean, everything worked great and pool provided relief from the heat. Got compliments from those in group that I nailed the choice for house for the trip. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels for the pool! Highly recommend this house and owners!

The house was fantastic and so clean. Our family was very comfortable and everything was exactly as described. It was very conveniently located to the convention center where we were spending most of our time. We didn’t have much of a chance to enjoy all the community amenities, but they looked beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoy the stay comfort beds and furniture family of 8 and no complaints from no one. And a lot of space never felt crowded. Was nearby a lot of stores and restaurants. Home look exactly like pictures and very CLEAN! Only bad thing was club house didn’t provide transportation back to house like they said just ignore call and went i ask front desk she said try back later. And acted like she didn’t care so we just call family to come back.

Excellent location for Disney & Universal. Check in was easy and the property was very clean. The home would easily accommodate a family of ten, which we usually have. Scott was very easy to reach and was accommodating to all our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better house! It was clean, spacious and perfect. Owner would respond within 20 minutes anytime we had a question. All instructions were clear and easy to understand. Other cheer families inquired about the house and who we had rented it from and how much they liked it. Will definitely rent from Scott again!

The property was just as advertised. It was clean and functional. The property is central to all the major attractions. It is also very close to shopping amenities, which was very convenient after long days at the parks.
The property owner was very prompt in answering questions and ensuring we understood how the property functioned (pool heating, door locks, etc). It was also nice to sleep on very comfortable mattresses! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

If you're looking to go to Disney and stay off-premise, look no further. Location is great with easy access to Disney. The house was as clean, spacious and possible nice than depicted in pictures. Pool and spa a nice plus. Kitchen was stocked with some basics but we didn't prepare any meals. The complex is a dream for littles ones. The rec center complete with pool, lazy river, water slides and splash pad. Communication with host was easy with fast replies. Will definitely stay again next time!

What an amazing property! Accessible, elegant,well maintained, convenient, and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time! This one time family gathering will now be an annual event and we will plan to definitely make this our home away from home next year!

the house is beautiful, all renovated. there are no carpets in the rooms, which was very good for us, because my children and I are very allergic. the kids loved the playroom. swimming pool and jacuzzi very clean. the cleanliness of the house in general was ok, only the floor was dusty, but when we informed the owner of the property, they attended to us promptly and sent a team very quickly. the bathrooms were spotless!!! there are several supermarkets and stores close to the house and it is 15 minutes from the Disney parks, for us the location was perfect. We definitely recommend and will stay again.
