This was a great location right in downtown and very walkable to Hersheypark stadium. The apartment was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for three adults. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was great! We appreciated the proximity to restaurants and the parks. We were accommodated well by Fenicci’s for dinner and it was good food. The apartment was decent for one night but it’s obviously a very old building with old fixtures and furnishings.

I was expecting a fun unique experience at this place located in the downtown area of Hershey. However what I got was an apartment that was rundown and leaning. Seriously leaning! When you went to the restroom you had to brace yourself or you would fall off the toilet!

It was an adequate stay. Not one of our favorite experiences. Though the apartment was fine, access thru the very old building wasn't very desirable.

Comfortable and convenient stay close to the park, great food, and other venues. Fit all 6 of us comfortably. Hostess who greated us was friendly and helpful. Staff at the restaurant was great and food was well worth it for both dinner and breakfast next door. Will definitely stay here again for future lax tournaments or visits to the park.

What a great place! We only stayed one night but it was a MUCH better and cheaper alternative to a hotel. There were 2 adults and 3 teenagers traveling and we all love the apartment. It was roomier than we expected, clean, and in a great location in town. They were more than accommodating and went above and beyond by taking our cooler the morning of check in, keeping our items refrigerated, then putting all of the items in our apartments refrigerator. We were taken back! We loved having the kitchen which allowed us to save some money on eating out and allowed us to play cards and gather. I would highly recommend this adorable, roomy 3rd floor apartment in close driving distance to Hershey park.

Customer service is a dying thing but we were made to feel like old family (without the bickering). Our stay was perfect. The unit sits above a long time Italian restaurant. We enjoyed a superb dinner and some of the best cocktails EVER! Our server, Alexis, was PERFECT. She embodies what a good server should aspire to be with a great sense of humor KNOWING her guests. The apartment worked was clean and was fine for our short stay. We look forward to visiting again and again!

Spacious clean apartment. Kindly greeted and toured through the building. We enjoyed the food and cocktails at restaurant downstairs.

Very large space, very clean and everyone was nice and accommodating. Also an excellent location.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is close to so much, walking and driving. Phil was very welcoming, and brought a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Each room had an AC unit. We ate at Fenicci's downstairs on our first night and the food and service was excellent. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Hershey and the surrounding areas.

The boarding room style apartment was a good place to stay. Very convenient to everything in Hershey. The owner Phil is on site along with manager Bill they are so nice and helpful. They are apartment still rooms above a Fenicci’s restaurant you must eat there the food is excellent and breakfast next door at Phillip Arthur’s is also wonderful. The room was very clean and they have huge soft bath towels. The only thing needed is a mirror in one of the bedrooms or both. Staying with family and only one bathroom it would be nice to have another mirror to get ready by. It was a different atmosphere going in and out through the back door of a restaurant but once again everyone was very nice and knew you were a house guest.

Hosts are fantastic and extremely hospitable!! Phil brought us a bottle of wine and even brought our dinner order up to our rental. I accidentally forgot my clothes and they graciously agreed to send them to me. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and close to all Hersheypark attractions! Highly recommend!!

Had a great time at the Hershey Kiss 2 Bedroom. Everything was clean and check in/out was a breeze. We were welcomed by a bottle of wine plus waters in the fridge. Our 3 year old was also welcomed with a cup full of Hershey kisses. Place was quiet and very convenient to the restaurant downstairs, where the food was very good with an abundance of menu items. They went out of there way to seat our party of 7 even though we didn't have reservations. Looking forward to staying there again. Quick drive to Hershey Park and Troegs Brewing! All around good time. Thanks to Bill and Alex for their hospitality.

Our family of 5 had plenty of room to wind down after busy days out. Conveniently located on Chocolate Ave across from the Park and walking distance to several attractions. Enjoyed having the restaurant right below us to grab awesome eats and drinks late at night. Phil and staff were very accommodating and helpful for our stay. We bought tickets to the Park for 2 days but were only able to go one day, Phil was awesome to buy the extra tickets we had left!! We will definitely be planning a return trip and booking the Hershey Kiss for our stay!!

This is a great property and is located right in the center of town. Bill is an excellent host and made us feel very welcome and treated us like VIPs. This rental is a must if you are staying in Hershey.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It fit our family of 5! It has 2 bunk beds (fits 4) and another room with a queen bed. Apartment was very clean and staff greeted us on arrival. We traveled with two little kids so we had a trunk full of bags, they helped us carry our bags up and offered us a bottle of wine. Everyone was so nice there and really made you feel welcome! The food at Fenicci’s was wonderful, we ended up eating there both nights and carried out food to our room. Thank you so much we will be back again soon!!!

My wife and I took our 4 grandkids to Hershey Park and this was the perfect place to stay. They each had a bed to sleep in. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. The restaurant connected to it was absolutely fabulous! We ordered food that was brought to the room which was more of an apartment than a room and the kids loved it. We got a chance to meet the owner Phil when we checked out and he was great, checking to see if everyone had a good time. We will definitely stay here when we come to Hershey again! ..........Alvin F.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this location during the weekend of April 5th -April 8th during Hershey's Springtime at the Park. Both Phil and Bill were extremely welcoming to our family and accommodated us for an incredible dinner at the restaurant, even during the busy theater night. The property was clean, well kept and worked wonderfully for a family with three young kids. This property is in walking distance of the Zoo and very close to the park and Chocolate World. Highly recommend for a family seeking to spend time in Hershey!
