Located in Playa de Gandia and in a residential area with communal pool, this nice apartment for 8 people is just a stone's throw away from the beach.
The communal exteriors feature a chlorine, 20 m x 6 m pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.7 m and a children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. Both are open from the week before Easter until October and are illuminated until 23:00h. There's a paddle court which you can use daily for one hour. Please bring your own balls and racquets. This beautiful apartment has a private, 15 m2 terrace overlooking the Mediterranean where you will be able to start your day having a large breakfast.
The ample sitting-dining room is a nice corner to relax after a day full of activities. Sometimes, you may prefer to stay at home and cook up a delicious meal for your loved ones. In the fully-equipped kitchen you'll find everything you may need to cook your favorite plates. Additionally, there is a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. Ideal for 8 + 1 guests, this nice accommodation offers a double bedroom and three bedrooms with two single beds each, all fitted with wardrobe, fan for the summer an electric radiator for the winter. We can supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. There are two bathrooms with shower in the accommodation.
In Playa de Gandia you can relax on the beach or practise sports; and so you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas, play beach-volleyball, practise water sports or take a stroll along the seafront with bars, cafés and restaurants. The picturesque old town of Gandia is famous for its excellent restaurants and many interesting monuments like the the Ducal Palace, the nice town hall or the Convent of Santa Clara. The Ducal Palace dated back to the XIV century was the first seat of the Duke of Gandia. If you like to be in the nature, you could visit the Parpalló Cave, located in the Mondúver mountains, is an interesting prehistoric site, where cave paintings have been found.
The pool is open from the week before Easter until the 30th of September, from 10:00h to 15:00h and from 17:00h to 23:00h.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The location was amazing, overlooking the beach. Lots of restaurants around.
Few problems with the apartment:
1. One of the shower doors was broken, wasn’t closing properly
2. No instructions on how to use the cooker. We had to buy lighter to be able to use it.
3. The apartment was really hot. They had fan in every room but wasn’t enough.
4. They didn’t accommodate our late check out request. Had to pay for an extra night just to be able to check out late.
Apart from the above, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing holiday! You couldn’t get closer to the beach, easy quick access to supermarket, beach and amazing restaurants! The property managers were extremely responsive!

Excelente ubicacion, limpieza y tamaño para 8 personas. Los colchones merecen un cambio, algunos ya vencidos, pero para unos días están bien dentro de todo. La Piscina muy buena también.”
