Very reasonable price to location and space ratio, parking... Overall would come again and recommend to anyone.

A couple of minor issues: the apartment's salt and pepper cans were empty. The same for tea, there were none. There also was a little odor in the bathroom, however, it was gone after we opened a window

Nice to have a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a bathroom with hairdryer, washing machine, vacuum, some apartments even habe balcony. everything was rather basic, but clean and functional and the communication with the owner was very good.

Good comunication with owner. Very clean flat with lot of space and very comfortable beds! Two big bedrooms, one big corridor and good kitchen with lot of equipment! Parking in front of house for free! Quiet place in central Graz! Great stay!

Location was okay, supermarket/bus station in 250 meter distance. Host was really good, Keys are in box with code to access them. Private parking.

Graz in general, the city doesn't have lot's to offer. Otherwise bed was uncomfortable, when my partner move a felt it.

Brand new, fresh, clean, spacious apartment in a quiet location on the top floor with a very well-equipped and bright kitchen. There is a major shopping mall nearby. Check-in was easy and quick with the key we found in the locker on arrival. Check-out was equally simple with our host collecting the keys when we were ready to leave.

Those with mobility issues should know that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift in the building. The historic city center isn't in walking distance and you need to drive a car or take public transport to get there. These are minor points as compared to how nice the place feels.

My daughter cut the leg with the piece of glass left by previous guests. Dishes were not clean.

Nice flat in a very calm and peaceful residential area, central part is accessible by public transport, the staff was extremely helpful. Cleanliness was perfect.

The only utility for making coffee was for capsules and i could not use it. A regular machine for ground coffee would be nicer.

Perfect apartman, everything all right. Wild rabbits on the next plot, it was fun watching them from the window. :-) Very tidy, modern furniture, Netflix on TV, coffeemachine with capsules in the kitchen. Thank you!

Quiet and cozy apartament, very good for families travelling together. Close to supermarket and means of transport. We stayed over the Austrian F1 weekend, overall an excellent experience. 10/10

Very friendly host - We arrived earlier than planned, but the host was there an gave us the key personally! Introducing to the most important point of interest by the host was perfect! Very clean and great apartment for us - a family with two children.
