Enough Space

Very spacious, modern and stylish apartment. Easy to locate. Car parking is good. The apartment is very quiet in a built up and busy location and spotlessly clean. All instructions were clear and equipment good.

Television reception was poor and there is no freezer.

location is super great, in 3 minutes from the tram station. also, it is possible to park a car in the backyard

the shower in the bluebird apartments was not very good, there os some plumbers problem

The host answered very fast and was very forthcoming. The accomodation is close to convenient public transport, clean and nicely done up. Recommended :)

A little noisy if the windows are open and no possibility to completely darken the room.

Nice location, near to the tram station that bring you to the old city center. Privet parking spot for the car, a little bit difficult to enter or exit the parking, but nothing so difficult to manage with not very big car. Big and clean rooms, nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. All you need for nice stay in the city.

Nothing, except the weather that we catch during out stay.

Every single thing was exactly like in the photos and in the description. We have stayed in the Blue Apartment from 30 November to 3 December. Everything was very comfortable, the bed, pillows, the sofa. The whole apartment and bathrooms were spotless, very clean (and we are picky). Kitchen is very well equipped for a whole week`s stay. If you need something, just ask! Communication is the key, the owner is super friendly with excellent English and communication skills. He even left us some small and very good chocolates on the table in the living room, on the night stands and after 1 day he left us some papers hanged at the front door to fill in and left us some more chocolates. These are some small details that really count honestly. The building/house in which the apartment is located, is entirely managed by him, so it is a private building with private entry in the building and in the apartment. The inner garden is nicely decorated. Tram station is 5 minutes walk away, very easy to reach the city center, Spar and Hoffer supermarkets 10 minutes walk away in opposite directions. Definitely this is an apartment that we would like to rent again when back in Graz! Worth every penny!
