Luxury Custom Built Post and Beam
Cette maison construite sur mesure est située sur 70 acres privés entourés de forêt nationale. Il dispose de 4 chambres et d'une tanière privée avec un lit queen size (toutes situées au deuxième étage) et de 5 1/2 salles de bains qui se composent de 4 suites, dont l'une a accès depuis le couloir pour les clients séjournant dans la tanière et le loft . 3 des chambres ont des lits king size, la tanière a un lit queen size et la quatrième chambre a 2 lits superposés avec lits jumeaux gigognes et un lit jumeau supplémentaire à côté des lits superposés. Il y a aussi une mezzanine en haut des escaliers qui a 2 lits jumeaux. Veuillez voir les photos de la mise en page pour plus de détails.

Amazing house and a wonderful stay! Cannot wait to return.

We rented the home for a long weekend with two other families and we had the best time. The home was very well maintained, and the wood details throughout made it feel like we were in a beautiful ski lodge—something I’d expect out west. The fireplaces on the main floor were amazing and made us never want to leave the house. The new hot tub was great. Half of us skied at Bromley and half went to Stratton and both were an easy drive. We hope to rent the home again and make this a tradition!

Such a remarkable home! You feel as if you are in an incredible old barn however you have all the conveniences of modern home. Beautiful home, peaceful location. Perfect location for our extended family of 12.

We had the most incredible week here in June and could not have been more impressed with how special this home was! The location was phenomenal for visiting a number of surrounding areas, but the home and property were also just as wonderful to stay at and explore. Our kids had the best time swimming in the little pond on-site and using nets to fish out salamanders. The house itself is beautifully designed and furnished, and it truly felt like a well-loved home, not just a rental. We can’t recommend it enough!

This home is very large but very cozy! The high ceilings, pine floors and beautiful beam construction is like no other. We had a very special stay with family and friends and created wonderful memories! Hope that we get an opportunity to return! The owners love of this home is obvious! We had an amazing Christmas week here. The house is truly spectacular—even better than the pictures indicate. Rob was always quick with responses to the handful of questions we had, and everyone really couldn’t believe how nice the house was. Truly a memorable week and we will definitely be back!!

We wanted a quiet place in the middle of nowhere to hang with our friends! We are 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids between us. Tons of sleeping areas - enough that the kids didn't even fight. There is no AC, but with the doors and windows open, it is manageable. Kids didn't swim because there were a lot of crawfish and tons of wildlife in the ponds. But it is a short drive to a beautiful national park with a beach. The home was clean, PLENTY of dishes and utensils and lots of paper products. The owners were responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again.

My two sisters and their families joined mine (a total of 14 people) for a long weekend. It was a great house with plenty of room and well-appointed furnishings for a mountain house. The owners were accommodating and recommended a good chef who prepared al of our meals.

Truly special place
This is a 5 star property perfect for larger family gatherings. The architecture is stunning, with a 4 story fireplace as the centerpiece of the first floor. The house was clean, well provisioned, and the beds were just like at home. Vermont beauty out every window (and there are lots of windows), tranquility, and peace. It's wonderful to stay in a place where everything was at the highest of standards. Thank you!

Beautiful home in beautiful surroundings.
Wonderful property. The pictures don’t lie. It’s every bit as impressive in person. We had 5 couples and everyone felt like they had plenty of space. The basement is great, main living room fireplace is amazing. Beds were comfortable. Firewood stocked and ready to go. House was super clean on arrival. We will be back!

Amazing stay!
This is one epic ski house! This is a beautiful and very well taken care of property! Something that is hard to find: 3 king beds with en suites, bunks for kids sleep up to 6, a queen bed and loft beds to fit our large group. The open rustic floor plan allows all of the guest to spread out and enjoy each space. The detailing in the house is absolutely incredible, much to see in every corner. It is clear they take pride in maintaining every detail of this home. We really appreciated their flexibility, accessibility, and the amount of work they put into ensuring the home is perfect, and that their guests have a great experience. From the high end kitchen appliances, to radiant heated floors, and even including cozy sheets, pillows and towels. They didn't miss a thing! Being only 15 minutes from Bromley was a bonus! Thank you Rob and Mia for a fantastic stay! We will make this a yearly trip!

Another great stay
This was our second stay at the house which proved equally as enjoyable as the first. 3 ski mountains in 3 days, horse-drawn sleigh ride at Taylor Farms a few minutes away, hikes in the local trails or walks down the quiet road, then relax by the fire in this beautiful home. Vermont at its best.

We had an amazing stay here. The house and surrounding property are absolutely beautiful! It is equipped with everything you need and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a get away. Rob and Mia were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and they made sure our stay was great. We will definitely be back!

Family Reunion
Our family booked a long weekend at this beautiful property and had a wonderful time. The house is amazing with lots of room . The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Mia was very responsive with any questions we had. The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have stayed longer. Perfect family reunion weekend! We will be back!

Great for a large Family
Large house, very private, fantastic kitchen, great owners, very clean, accurate pictures. This place is a bargain.
There were 19 of us, 10 adults and 9 screaming kids all under 8. The house is so large and so well spaced out that we never felt crowded. On the first floor there are three separate sitting areas with couches and chairs plus the dining table and the chairs around the island in the kitchen. In addition there's a screened porch on one side of the house and a farmers porch with at least 1/2 dozen chairs on the other side. The second floor has another large screened porch and an outside balcony above the farmers porch. The basement has a sectional and a couch. Even with 19 of us you could always find a quiet place to sit.
The kitchen has two sinks, two dishwasher, a 48" Viking range with a double oven, a 48" SubZero fridge and a two draw SubZero Freezer. There's also a fridge & freezer in the garage and a small fridge in the basement. We brought 7 days of food & drink for 19 people and had plenty of room.
Plenty of room to play outside. Both ponds were filtered, the lower pond was great for kids to play in. A stream runs through the property on the other side of the pond.
The owners were great and the place was spotless.
We would definitely recommend this place and plan on renting again.

Best house for a COVID-friendly gathering!
This is my second time staying at this beautiful property. The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a long weekend retreat, no matter what time of year.
The property hosts even connected our group with a local yoga instructor that gave our group a private yoga session on-site, and also a local private chef husband/wife team that prepared dinner for our group one night.

The perfect house
We were already excited by the photos, but the house itself is even more impressive in real life. It is the most perfect getaway - beautiful house and surroundings, every appliance and gadget you might need and incredibly comfy beds. Rob and Mia were also incredibly helpful and responsive. We absolutely loved our long weekend here. The home is beautiful and very clean. There are a ton of trails right outside the home that we loved exploring. Robert and Mia were so accommodating and kind. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Loved our trip to Peru!
We have just returned from a magical visit to this home in Peru, VT. We arrived shortly after Christmas and stayed a few days into the New Year. We had a little snow but the weather didn't matter. We enjoyed both staying at home in the house as well as exploring the surrounding area. The house is large but so cozy and accommodates a large family very comfortably. It struck us as a beautiful destination at any time of the year. We highly recommend this property and we are hoping we will have an opportunity to return again soon.

Beautiful property and home!
10 of us stayed at this house over Christmas. We had a wonderful time. The house was large and roomy giving everyone their own space and the property was amazing. We had snow which made it even prettier. We walked around and just loved the streams, ponds and the peacefulness. What a great place to spend Christmas. We will definitely consider going back next year! Rob and Mia were always quick with responses and made the process very easy.

Absolutely amazing home
From the minute we walked in we all felt comfortable! Everything was spotless and organized. Communication with the owners was great and I’d come back in a heartbeat. We will return soon. We stayed a four day weekend and never had to leave the home. Beautiful places to walk and hike and even though we are adults, we enjoyed the swings! Fireplaces were spectacular. The game room also Had so much to keep us entertained. I highly recommend this home to anyone!

Wow. This house is amazing. It is a new house made out of reclaimed wood from old barns and it has the best of a new house with a modern layout while still have a ton of character. It is also beautifully and comfortably furnished.
Moreover it was impeccably cleaned (I am really picky about cleanliness!) The house is also very well maintained with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, lots of extra towels and bedding, firewood for an outdoor fire etc. Lastly Mia, the owner, was delightful to deal with and very responsive.
We've rented many houses over the years and this was our best experience, by far, at any of them.

Incredible Home- We are making it a family tradition.
This house is perfection! It is spacious and beautiful with such well-thought details and touches that made our stay incredibly special -- enormous windows looking out onto a magical property with two filtered ponds (great swimming!), comfortable bedrooms with luxurious bedding, beautiful bathrooms, a steam shower, whirlpool, every kitchen appliance and amenity you could possibly need, fireplaces galore - including one on the ENORMOUS front porch with enough comfortable rockers for everyone, a fantastic fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs, a big, sturdy swing set on top of a small hill overlooking one of the ponds, two amazing screen porches, one with a large table for fantastic outdoor dinners, and one upstairs with built-in sofas on three sides for lounging and reading. To top it all off, the property borders state forest with incredible trails for easy access to great hiking. Rob and Mia are fantastic and easy hosts -- it was clear they were focused on making our stay perfect. I cannot be too effusive in recommending this property!

The perfect escape
We we looking for a vacation where we could unwind and forget the world around us. The home was luxurious and the property was beautiful. We went up for 4 nights and never had to or wanted to leave the property. We are already thinking about when we can go back!
