Perfect spot to base ourselves while dropping our daughter at college. The property was very clean and had everything we could need. Brian was super helpful with all my questions (& I had a lot)! The code/fob/garage was a bit confusing but the pictures and written information were very helpful. Having another fob would be great! Thank you so much Brian- we’ll be back!

Neat and convenient Condo located in Santana row was a great 4-day stay. Brian was extremely responsive with questions. Excellent access to freeways, shopping and dinning!

Santana Row is very lively and a fun place to stay. Great alternative to hotel room with more space including kitchen and living room. We loved being able to open the sliding doors to get the fresh air and feel part of the Santana Row atmosphere. Brian is a very gracious and communicative host. We will likely stay here again.

I love this space.! It's in a fantastic location which makes it easy to walk out the door and down the street to do the things I love to do! It's very cozy and comfortable and I feel safe staying here.

The apartment was really interesting and comfortable. We loved being right at Santana Row, with so many choices for dining and shopping. It was very nice to have the car in a private garage with security as well. Brian was a very helpful and accommodating host.. Top marks! We will definitely stay there again. Zane

We stayed at Brian’s Santana Row condo for 6 nights. It was very clean and located in the heart of Santana Row. The instructions for move-in were very clear and we had no issues that required Brian’s attention throughout our stay. The private parking was easily accessible and very convenient. Also, Brian was immediately responsive and helpful when we needed to request a modification to our stay a few weeks prior to arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and feel safe by yourself. Surrounded by restaurants, music, shops and people. I personally stay here for that and to visit friends nearby.

It was so convenient to be close to everything that I needed from shopping, SCU, restaurants, highways, ........ The residence amenities were outstanding as well.

We stayed at The Villas while sightseeing in San Francisco and Monterey Bay - the location was equidistant between the two cities and easy to get to. The owner keeps this place spotless, with all kitchen and bathroom essentials included. Modern and chic decor, smart TV, comfy bed and linens. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is because it's in an upscale shopping and restaurant/nightlife district - getting take-out or a quick bite to eat (that wouldn't break the bank) took a little bit of effort. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Brian!

Perfect spot to stay while moving our son into a nearby college. Clean, comfortable apartment just steps from shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again on future visits.

This clean, well appointed property was a joy for a quick weekend getaway. Shopping and restaurants in the blocks below for easy walking access but reasonable shutdown hours let us enjoy our stay and still get a good nights sleep. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic hub to many activities. Santana Row is lively and fun. 15 minutes to downtown San Jose. 1 hour from Santa Cruz. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond.

Everything about this loft was ideal. Fresh, modern, well appointed and comfortable -- I will definitely stay here again. It's also ideally located in Santana Row making dining and shopping easily accessible. I was in town for a week-long conference and was pleased to call this home. Highly recommend!

My stay was awesome. The building is new and clean, and the high rise itself is very stylish. The colorful lights and view over Santana Row were wonderful. Coffee is a great touch, and the host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
