The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen appliances were top line and everything was nicely thought out. We had difficulty reading the hand-written wifi instructions but the owner was great and helped us quickly. Great communication. The yard/large patio/driveway, is very private and boasts an orange tree. The only drawback was the many appliances, from TVs to kitchen appliances, lining the patio and propped up here and there. You wouldn't want to sit out there and eat or sit. But other than that, great place and very nice owner!

The house was amazing. Upgrades were cool. Great location coming and going from everything. Close to the beach. Never stayed at a house before. It was cool.

The place has all the comforts one can think of and the host checked in a couple of times to ensure the stay was going well!
Place is close to freeways and Vons/Walmart are close by.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, modern, and had everything that we needed! Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about how beautiful it is.
The owner was extremely friendly, easy to contact, and so incredibly helpful!
The check in process was so easy and the rules/guidelines for the house weren’t over the top like some.

Art was great to work with and we felt at home! Easy access to freeways and close to the beach and walkable areas. The master bedroom was comfy and and there is plenty of space!

Property was very well kept and we appreciated its modern look. Happy with the location and the many restaurants around it. Not too happy with the A/C situation. It was very hot for my family and I.

Beautiful remodel
Great security! Kitchen stocked with all kinds of appliances. Would stay again if there were no young children staying upstairs. Can hear people walking upstairs. Kids jumping.

Location is superb!
Location is superb! It is near the beach and a short drive to all that San Diego has to offer. The location is also near all amenities such as grocery store (i.e., Walmart), restaurants (i.e., all types from fast food to dine-in), car wash, etc. The property is also very private with high walls and gates that make it super pet friendly. The property is also very spacious, comfy, and with a great laundry room! The owner (Art) was also awesome to work with. He was very attentive, courteous and accessible. He was always making sure our stay was pleasurable. Our family (which includes our furry family members) enjoyed our stay very much!

Me amd family experience at this location was comfy and great. Art was very attentive. He knows how to treat his guest with the best service. He extended our checkout to make sure we had enough time. Lovely apartment, great location, great host
Beautiful apartment, great location, everything you need. Art is a wonderful host. Our only complaint was some noise from the apartment above, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Conveniently located and Very Private
We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. This unit is VERY well stocked with everything you need and then some. The unit was very private with off street parking secured behind a gate. The unit was very convenient to the locale beach, the base and easy access to the freeway for adventures outside of Imperial beach ( San Diego Zoo, Sunset cliffs, etc). We will definitely use again in the future. Art was awesome to work with and very attentive. Highly recommended to Military families visiting the area, very comfortable and clean.

Family trip to IB Sun & Sea Festival
We rented both Unit A and Unit B for our family group of 11 plus a 2-year old and we had all the comforts of home and then some! The property owners have gone way beyond the norm furnishing, decorating and equipping their property to ensure renters can make the most of their vacation time! We had a fabulous time and hated having to leave. Thanks Art! Highly likely we’ll see you again at this or one of your other VRBO properties!
