Vous vous sentirez à la maison ici avec des planchers de bois récemment mis à jour, cuisine et salle à manger ouverte et un décor moderne. Facilement dort 10 et est à quelques minutes de UCSB, plage, terrain de golf, cinémas et restaurants Top.
L'intérieur est très chaleureux et invitant avec ses planchers en bois, son mobilier confortable et ses lits confortables. Une cuisine très fonctionnelle et moderne bien équipée, parfaite pour cuisiner et recevoir. La maison se compose de quatre chambres comprenant chacune un lit queen. En outre, le salon dispose d'un canapé futon queen qui peut également être converti en un lit plat. 2 voitures peuvent être garées sur l'allée et beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue disponible.

En tant qu'invité, vous aurez accès à tout dans la maison à l'exception d'une pièce dans le garage qui est utilisé par la femme de ménage pour stocker les effets personnels. Il y a aussi une laverie dans le garage.

My large family stayed here to attend the memorial of our mom who passed in Feb, 2023. It was perfect for all of us. The property description was accurate. The owner was prompt in responding to my questions. The home's location was very convenient. Nice to be back "home" as most of us attended Dos Pueblos H.S in the past.

My friends and I were in town for a weddding and this house was perfect for our large group. We had 11 people that all fit comfortably, the host was extremely responsive and they also made sure we had enough towels + beach towels. The check out process was very straight forward and simple. I would stay here again!

First of all, the 1st bathroom tub flooded. Second of all, we ran out of toilet paper on day 1, only 3 roll was provided for 8 people. And lastly, the entire place was dusty and not clean at all. I am very disappointed as I have been to Santa Barbara many times before thru VRBO and has gotten very good service and this is definitely the worst!!!

Perfect place to have family. The area was quiet, there were plenty of parking space to accommodate our entire family. The owner was super helpful and was quick to respond to our needs. The home was clean, and spacious. We would def come here again for future stays! Thank u so much!

Fantastic 5 day stay
We stayed for 5 nights with family and friends. We had a lot of kids and loved that they could be outside and know that they were safe since it was all fenced. We loved that the home had all necessary things to make you feel like your home. Plenty of space. We loved the 4 bedrooms all had queen sized beds and there was 2 bathrooms for all of us to use. Lots if options in the kitchen for cooking utensils, pots, and pans, etc. We talked to a few neighbors and felt the area was very safe. We were 1 block away from a high school that wasn't in school and had a huge front grass area with trees that we took the kids to to run. We were also 1 block in a different direction from a kids small park with walking space to get out. Shopping stores were so close by. In 10 minutes of driving you can be at a Sprouts, Trader Joes,, Albertsons, Ralph's, Target, Costco, Ross, Smart and Final, and gas stations. The beach wasn't far as well as the train station for those that want to ride the train over. Thank you again for allowing us into your home. We so truly appreciate it.

Nice place but didn’t like sharing with cockroaches. Appeared clean but could not sleep knowing bug
I feel we should receive some of the rent money back due to the bugs. Had to sleep with the lights on. It is beautiful and looked clean. Owner said he will take care of the roaches.

Goleta Stay
The house was clean, exactly as advertised, parking was easy, conveniently located. Spent most of our time in Santa Barbara and the drive wasn’t bad at all. Check out was hands down the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I would absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

The property was clean, roomy, anything we could think of was available, plenty of mirrors and closet space. Very pretty and worth staying, would definitely come back.

Great location for our weekend family event. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice backyard for breakfast and coffee in the morning. Host was responsive and helpful.

Just right for our family!
The home was very warm, perfect location, very nice neighborhood. My teenagers complained at first about the home only having one TV, BUT at the end, ended up spending more time together with us, so a big win! The house had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I will definitely use the home again and would recommend!

Convenient and affordable weekend getaway
Our group of 12 friends enjoyed this place for a weekend! Gaurav was also very communicative and super responsive to questions through VRBO messages.
The house was in a convenient location (close to target, the airport, and a short drive away from downtown restaurants).
The house did sleep 12 women fairly comfortably with 4 beds, 4 couches, and 1 inflatable mattress. It might be a good idea to bring additional air mattresses if your group is this large because the beds are a little small for 2 people to share. The other to be mindful of might be that there are only 2 bathrooms for a house that sleeps up to 12.

Great for a weekend getaway!
I had an amazing time staying at this place, while visiting Santa Barbara with friends for my birthday weekend. It was perfectly in-between Solvang and Santa Barbara, which we were all able to visit successfully! The place was cute and clean as well. I would definitely stay here again!

We came in from KC and picked up our daughter and husband from LA for a long weekend birthday getaway. House is in a great neighborhood with easy access to all we wanted to do. Great backyard for visiting and playing cards. Thank you for a great stay!

The Perfect Fit for Our Group Travel Needs
Home was tidy, spacious and well-stocked. Location is less than 1 mile to the freeway on-ramp which made it super easy to travel back-and-forth from UC Santa Barbara and Downtown. The neighborhood was notably quiet and we felt very safe. Plenty of room in the driveway made parking easy for our group. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

If you are ever in need of a long term place to crash in Santa Barbara, this house should be on your list. Its cheaper than a hotel and more spacious and cozy.

Great for groups
This is the perfect location/property for groups. Easy access to everything in Santa Barbara and Goleta. The house has tons of space with the four bedrooms and two living areas. Kitchen is well equipped with all your needs. Host communication was excellent. Definitely recommend this property!

Perfect couples getaway
We used this property for a wedding in Santa Barbara. It's clean, spacious, 10 min away from town, and the host is extremely friendly and easy to get in contact with. It was a pleasant stay and we'd definitely come again.
