Bastante pequeño y el personal del lobby de muy mala gana atendía

Good location, room was generally clean. Staff was courteous.

Hot tub was gross, filled with particulate matter. Didn’t get the room I reserved. The room was on the street, and there were no blackout curtains. Also street noise.

Good location in Santa Barbara

The receptionist guy at nite shift with hoody outfit. My family & I arrived around 10pm. I booked suite 2 queen beds with the sofa bed. However, he gave me regular 2 queen beds smaller size room without sofabed . I told him thats not the room I paid. He said with unprofessional manner that the hotel supposed not affiliate with booking.com and put the wrong picture :( He ended up giving me the room that I booked which was in fact bigger size with sofa bed. I hope Hilton has professional employees to handle his business with professional manner.

The place was clean but some stuff was not very welcoming

I forgot my speaker and I notified right away about it and someone was going to get it for me but they said they never find it which make me feel that they didn’t care

提前几次发信息修改时间，一直没有答复，最终多收了我一晚上的费用。

pool was warm, jacuzzi was nice
