We absolutely loved our stay at this property in room. Owner was communicative and helpful. The apartment served our family of 6 beautifully. The rooftop deck was gorgeous. The lovely Pasha came each morning and made us the most fabulous breakfast that we enjoyed outside. We loved it here so much! It is on the 6th floor with a very small but serviceable elevator, but large groups may have take take turns waiting or take the stairs.

Great property for family or friends. Great area with walking distance to everything. Pasha makes breakfast everyday on the outside upper deck and cleans the house. She will also help with laundry and take out dry cleaning if needed. Chef dinner by Alesandro a must. The concierge can arrange airport pick up, dinner reservations and 1day laundry. Great place and had a wonderful time.

The apartment s chic, spotless and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Homemade breakfast served every morning and the most perfect roof top deck. The rooftop can be covered from any weather elements. It’s a huge bonus space and a delightful way to start and finish the day. Easily accessible in-house laundry is very helpful. This apartment and it’s proximity to the hot spots couldn’t be better. Fairly priced. Thank you!!

Wonderful apartment for a large family or group of friends: three luxurious bedrooms with baths, plus a beautiful living room and roof deck. Breakfasts were delicious, service was impeccable—a perfect cross between an apartment and a hotel experience!

Roof Suite Rome was everything we expected and more. It has the advantages of a luxury three bedroom penthouse VRBO, daily hotel housekeeping service, full breakfast, and the availability of a private chef. We asked Allesandro, our private chef to prepare a light snack when we arrived and a special dinner to celebrate my son’s birthday. Allesandro was very accommodative to our special requests and exceeded our expectations for both meals. Best of all, the meals were served on the roof top terrace overlooking the city. The rooftop terrace is mostly covered and has clear plastic wind/weather sheeting that can be raised or lowered as needed making that area useable under most weather conditions. The bedrooms and living room are connected to the terrace by stairways and have high ceilings and very nice bathrooms. The master is the most spacious and contains a shower tub. If you prefer a full shower, the living room has a bathroom with a full shower. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace with retractable awnings. Its a great space for morning coffee or a late afternoon glass of wine. Several mornings we had early morning tours and did not have time for a full breakfast. On those days, they kindly prepared pastries and left juice in the refrigerator. We also liked the location of this VRBO in the Monte district. It was walking distance to the Trevi fountain and many other sites. Considering everything, this was one of my favorite VRBO’s and made our visit to Rome extra special.

This is my second stay at this beautiful property. Perfect in every way. The rooms are spotless and beautifully designed. Modern, elegant bathrooms and a show stopping rooftop patio. Andrea even sent a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my birthday! Can’t wait to return! Thanks Andrea!!

My family & I had an amazing time in Rome & this was a perfect home base for us…exceeded our expectations…would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome…Alessandro’s breakfasts were awesome!

Our family stayed 4 nights in the middle of July. The apartment was beautful as described, with lots of sapce, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. All the amenities like Wifi and air conditioning worked really well. Roof deck was perfect - a little hot in the morning sun but very pleasant in the evening even on 95F/35C hot days. The thing that really stood out for us was the service, which frankly they kind of undersell in the listing. The kitchen was small but very functional and fully stocked. They have staff who come and make an amazing, almost overwhelming breakfast fresh every morning do a full cleaning service every day, like a hotel. There was always food in the kitchen to snack on and drinks available. They were responsive to email and WhatsApp both before and during the stay. And when there was a taxi driver strike on the day of our departure, they offered to walk with us and carry our luggage to the train station. All of this was included; the only thing that was extra was having chef Alessandro prepare a wonderful dinner for us on the roof deck, which was totally worth it. Location was great; most of Central rome within 15-20 minutes. Trastavere and Vatican were a little farther but we were stil able to walk there. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at this luxurious apartment in Rome. We had three lovely rooms each with a modern en-suite bath plus a large living room with an additional full-bath as a bonus. But the real highlight was the Rooftop deck with an outdoor eating area. The view was amazing, and the flowers were beautiful. Our host and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming. Each morning we had a fantastic European breakfast with a wide range of items to choose (>20). The support wasn’t limited to the apartment. Andrea graciously offered to arrange for ground transportation for us both at the time of arrival and departure. We look forward to another stay sometime soon.

Andrea was outstanding getting all organized. Pasha was lovely helping with breakfast every morning, and Alessandro was an awesome chef - this rental was the highlight of our trip so far- excellent!

The Rooftop Suite is perfectly located and absolutely beautiful! Andrea was a spectacular host and happy to attend to our every want. Upon our arrival we immediately jumped into touring this magnificent city. When we returned, Alessandro was preparing us a meal we will never forget (he even shared his recipes!) on the roof top terrace overlooking the city at sunset. It was magical! We're already talking about coming back! Thank you Andrea for everything!

We stayed for 12 days and what can we say, me and my family that the apartment is wonderful, in addition to the care that Andrea, Mauro, Alessandro (chef - delicious breakfast and Dinner) and Irina had with me and my family. Gem of an apt in Rome. Its more of a boutique hotel apt, the breakfast every morning was great. The entire staff, Sabrina, Pasha, Nina and the chef Enzo were incredible. Thank you everyone for everything! Will definitely be back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome at this excellent apartment. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. Every morning an elegant and delicious breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace. We took advantage of engaging a personal chef, Enzo, who works with the property manager to prepare an evening feast for our family and I would highly recommend the experience to other visitors as Enzo is both charming and talented. This apartment is truly worth the splurge!

The apartment was perfect for my family! Beautifully furnished, en suite bathrooms convenient, loved the rooftop terrace, and breakfasts were great. Dinner prepared by chef Enzo was a highlight of the trip, try his special dessert. Only negative was uncomfortable mattresses but totally typical of all European hotels/apartments.

This elegant apartment is in a great location! The hosts, Roberto, mets us for check in and helped with our bags and a map of Rome! We even had a light snack waiting for us! Pasha cooked us made to order breakfast every morning on our private terrace. Chef Enzo cooked us a fabulous dinner on the private terrace out last night there!

what a wonderful stay we had here, a very warm welcome from Mauro, and every morning a lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace from Nina. The suites where beautifull decorated with everything we needed for our family of 5. We will certainly come back here

Wonderful condo with 3 nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a perfect roof top terrace. We also were pleasantly surprised by the numerous local restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at the Rome Rooftop Suite! We were greeted right away and helped with all our baggage. The staff was super informative when we got there and they had hors d'oeuvre and drinks ready for us on the rooftop. We had a beautiful, delicious breakfast every morning on our terrace. The server, Victoria was a complete sweetheart. They have a private chef Enzo who can make additional meals to have in home. We did dinner one night on the terrace and it was wonderful. The suite is affiliated with a nearby hotel so it included all the amenities and assistance of a hotel with the bonus of a private villa. The place was beyond amazing... Clean and gorgeous with tons of Roman character. We will definitely be booking here for any future trips to Rome. 1000% recommendation!

Just came back from an incredible stay in Rome at this luxurious 3-bedroom "Hotel". Rented the entire unit which comfortably accommodated the 5 of us(8 people would have still been enough room). My expectations were high going in, but were far exceeded. All the rooms were beautifully decorated, each with their own very spacious, and modern bathroom. From Andrea(owner) to Enzo(private chef) and Niki the breakfast chef/housekeeper we were well taken care. The private use of the roof-top terrace had to be the highlight if we had to choose just one(too hard). Home-made breakfasts(made-to-order) that rivaled any 5-star hotel. We also took advantage of having Enzo serve dinner one of the nights we wanted to stay in and just enjoy the views from the terrace. Fabulous menu to choose from and was delicious. Highly recommend you take advantage of this. His stories(and Grappa) are worth the price of admission. We'll be back!!

We have three rooms to our family and the rooftop. The breakfast is so good! Our family loves Enzo as a private chef. The design has so much details. The place is spotless and great location for exploring Rome. We can't wait to come back here!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome. The apartment was top notch! Incredible service from start to end. Our bags were taken from our car to the room. We were shown in on time, and thoroughly explained all the amenities. The breakfast was superb every morning and we even had the chef prepare dinner for us one night. The A/C was a must in August! Every room had a 5 star bathroom, and the rooftop patio was outstanding. I definitely look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Rome. Thanks again for a great stay!
