This was a very comfortable apartment. The location was amazing and the hosts were super responsive and available. Very close to everything, but the windows were very quiet so that the street wasn't too noisy. The apartment was clean and the host even had a cleaning service come by in the middle of our stay.

It is an old apartment, so if you're looking for something very up-to-date, this probably isn't it. The kitchen needed more supplies (dish towels) and the hot water boiler was deteriorating. And one of the outlets in the larger bedroom sparked when something was plugged in.

Wish it had Netflix or at least a smart TV to enable me to use mine.

Spacy and cozy at the same time, with a charming historical flavor. Excellent location within a short walking distance to Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo, bus stops and taxi stations.

Don’t forget your slippers, as the floor covering is made of outdoor tiles.

the location of the apartment was great and views from the windows were lovely!! it was so central to everything with a bus stop right out the door! The kitchen facilities were great and very handy given we were staying a week. the apartment was clean and whilst the stove didn’t work on arrival, they arranged to have it fixed the very next day! the communication with the owner was great and they were so quick to reply to any queries! we were also given a late check out which we were very grateful for given a late flight!

didn’t like that we had to pay a late check in fee of 30€. we understand why, given that someone had to meet us as the property with a key, though surely another arrangement could be made with a lockbox if late check ins are an issue. considering we were staying 6 nights, would have been great for an allowance to be made due to longer stay.

The staff were friendly, professional and easy to contact. we loved the location which was easy walking to most sites or transit. We had great sleeps in comfortable beds and air conditioned rooms.

The kitchen could have used more supplies as there were no bowls or wine glasses but we informed the staff and she insisted those would be added.

The location was incredible. Across the road from the river and 3 min walk to Piazza Navona. Everything was very accessible from the apartment.

The apartment was comfortable but a bit tired. There was basic maintenance that should have been done (like having batteries in all of the air conditioning remotes, the fridge was broken and full of water and we had a family of birds in the kitchen air vent). These issues didn’t stop us from enjoying the apartment but they should be fixed.

We were able walk to all the major attractions in Rome which was great. Nice neighbourhood. They provided baby and baby chair for us. Very close to grocery. The house was very warm , clean and comfy. Thanks a lot!

The elevator was small but working in good condition.
