Appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur de la station.
Au pied de la patinoire et du manège enfant.
Il s’agit de la résidence la plus proche de tous les commerces et activités :
- Ecole de ski (le village des enfants à 30m)
- Carrefour Market en face
- Patinoire devant l’entrée de la résidence
- Office du tourisme et caisse forfait à 100m
- Location de ski et restaurants au pied de la résidence
- Laverie au pied de la résidence
Et tous les services qu’offre la station : centre aquatique (Aquariaz) centre médical…
Bien évidemment, départ et retour ski aux pieds, avec casier à ski à l’entrée de l’immeuble.

L’équipement de notre appartement est neuf dans une décoration soignée et chaleureuse :
- 2 Smart TV connectées 40 pouces (séjour et chambre parentale)
- Cafetière Nespresso
- Bouilloire, grille-pain, micro-onde, 2 plaques induction
- Four multifonction
- Sèche chaussure de ski électrique
L'appartement comporte :
- 1 chambre avec un lit double en 140
- 1 chambre avec lits superposés de 90/200 en haut et 140/200 en bas
- 1 canapé lit convertible dans le séjour avec literie neuve en 140/200.
- 1 chargeur USB pour recharger vos téléphone intégré dans chaque liseuse de chaque chambre
(2 dans la chambre parentale / 3 dans la chambre montagne)
Chaque lit est équipé d’oreiller et de couettes (220/240 pour les lits doubles et 140/200 pour le lit simple)

Probably the best self-catering accommodation we've ever stayed in whilst skiing. The location, facilities and décor are second to none. In fact they are perfect.
The check-in process was difficult however, due to a change in the access arrangements that was not communicated to us. I'm sure this will be resolved for future stays.
On the whole, I would highly recommend this brilliant apartment for families or small groups looking to stay in central Avoriaz.

Very nice apartment on the main street in heart of avoriaz. Nice touches like leaving us coffee pods. We had sheets and towels left for us which was great. Only one issue was that flooded when first had shower due to very blocked drain, which we had to clear out as was full of hair.

This place is brilliant! It's beautifully decorated and presented and has everything you need for a weeks skiing. It's really comfortable and very well looked after. This is my 7th stay in Avoriaz and this was the best appartment we have stayed in. I will definately book this again. Plus the location is perfect!@

We loved our week in the apartment, so much so that we are already looking at dates to return next ski season!! UK family travelling with 3,8& 10 year olds. Amazing location, if looking on google earth the apartment entrance is opposite the carousel. Lovely & modern, not huge but ideal for the 5 of us. Great communication with friendly owner. Highly recommended.

We loved staying here. We know Avoriaz well and have stayed in many different apartments in Avoriaz. This apartment is small, but that is very common in Avoriaz. The building is a little tired, but it is very well located and the apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable week skiing with our older children. We will be back.

Location is right in the centre of the resort, near restaurants and bars. The flat is on the 5th floor so it’s quiet you can’t hear anything.
There are 2 well stocked supermarkets nearby a Carrefour and a Sherpa.
Communication was great, we arrived late but Marion’s husband remained in contact throughout. On one evening we had an issue with the kettle but he replaced it the following morning with no problem.
The building looks a bit grubby and dated but the actual apartment is clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It’s exactly like the pictures.
The apartment is small but that’s normal for Avoriaz. There were 2 bedrooms, 1st bedroom has a double bed and 2nd Bedroom has a double bed and a single bunk on top but has no windows. This wasn’t bad for friends or family sharing but might be an issue for 2 couples sharing.
Whilst the apartment was small it was still comfortable for 5 adults sharing and we didn’t feel like on top of one another even though we cooked most nights.
The only con I can think off is linen and towels are not included.
Overall great apartment in the centre of the resort and Marion is responsive owner.

No Washing Machine (it’s not advertised with one)
No Sheets or towels unless they are pre-booked (this is mentioned on the advertisement)
No shampoo or soap or any cleaning supplies
Pros:
The apartment is renovated with lots of love, and attention to details.
Very comfortable, and clean bathroom and kitchen.
Centrally located in the town center
Cons:
Very old building with very thin walls and windows (your can hear the neighbors very clearly)
Dirty hallways with trash by the elevator and the entrance to the building
Experience:
I had to complain to homeaway since the apartment was advertised with Internet and there wasn’t any. We tried talking to the owner husband (he’s the one that speaks English, mind you selectively!) but his response was this was a ski holiday not an Internet surfing one! We forgot our IPAD upon checkout and we gave our friend in France address but 3 weeks have past and we still did not receive it or our deposit back which homeaway was not aware that we paid a deposit!!!
We received a very nasty email from the owner calling us unethical and dishonest on the last day that we can leave a review so we decided to share our experience.
Meanwhile we are still waiting for our deposit and IPAD!
Conclusion:
Beautiful apartment in the wrong building while the owners can be more responsive

The apartment was cosy, very clean and in an excellent location. Based right outside the Village Des Enfants, this would be the perfect base for a family with children. The apartment is high up enough to not hear any of the noise outside, and the block has a couple of lifts so no need to use the stairs after a long day skiing. Apartment would probably be quite cramped if there were more than 2 adults and 2 children staying, but for a family of 4 this comes highly recommended. The owner, Marion, was also very responsive and easy to deal with.

Well maintained property at the heart of the station.
The building was newly renovated but the elevators are somehow old but working perfectly.
The apartment has all necessities and even raclette and espresso machines.

Property was clean and well laid out. Perfect for myself, my wife and our two small children.
Only negative I could find was that the windows opened wide on a 5th floor property which made us very nervous with an adventurous 2 year old.
