Perfect apartment for a great stay in Porto Alcúdia! Great view, perfect equipment, all perfect!

I spent the week at this apartment in Alcudia. The location was very convenient to restaurants and bars and was perfect for what I needed the entire week.

We loved the beach front property.

Just like everyone wrote before me, this apartment is great for a wonderful family holiday right on the beach. Communication with Joana and Mateu was very easy and we were handed over the apartment perfectly clean. It's quite nice to hear the reactions of passers-by when they saw us lying by the pool or when we enjoyed the wonderful view on the balcony, "oh they have a nice place, with their own pool!". With a perfect location next to the restaurants and shops, it was a super holiday for us. We would love to come again.

My wife and two kids (3 and 4) stayed in the apartment for 10 days. The apartment have a great location with direct access to the beach and to all the restaurants in the area. Great view from the balcony with shadow in the afternoon (which is great if you want to use it during the Summer). The apartment has everything you need in order to cook you own food, coffee, wash your cloths, AC, wifi.

Sehr gute, freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Die Wohnung in einem super Zustand, welche von der tollen Umgebung "umrahmt" wird. Was möchte man/frau mehr...Blick auf den Strand und die Bucht, ohne störende Straßen dazwischen oder "Partygäste", welche den Strand zu ihrem machen. Wir sagen: gerne wieder!

The apartment was perfect. Overlooking the sea and private pool nearby. Communication with owners easy and friendly. Good local restaurants and walks . Alcudia a short 20 minute walk away.

This apartment is excellent. Very clean & modern. The location is perfect, overlooking the long sandy beach & close to the harbour with a great selection of restaurants. The pool is great. The owners were extremely helpful & accommodating & were easy to correspond with. I would highly recommend it.

Hartelijke ontvangst zelfs bij onze aankomst na middernacht. Supervriendelijke eigenaar, geen enkele vraag was te veel. Goed en centraal gelegen, groot strand voor de deur, winkels vlakbij. Appartement is klein maar alles aanwezig. Een deel is vernieuwd dus vermoedelijk volgt de rest ook nog (beetje gedateerd). Wandelpad voor de deur zorgt 's nachts soms wel voor wat lawaai.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos. It was very clean and has an amazing view from the balcony. Mateu was always on hand via WhatsApp with any questions before our arrival and during our stay, and was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and there is even a washing machine (although an instruction booklet would be useful). There is a hairdryer and iron which aren't shown on the apartment details. The apartment itself is in a great location close to the port area where there are numerous restaurants and bars but of course close to the beach. Like other people have mentioned the beach directly outside on the apartments has lots of seaweed and is a little smelly (but you can only smell this if you're in the water), so we just walked a little further down the beach. The sand and water are very clean and the beach is perfect for those with smaller children as it is very shallow for a long way out. As we were there as travel was just opening up from COVID the pool was never busy when we were there as there were reduced tourists. The pool seemed bigger in real life than from the photos and we never had a problem finding a sun lounger. Just a note to say that ball games and inflatables are not permitted in the pool, but this was fine for us as we went to the beach most days. Overall a great stay and would recommend. My only feedback to improve the stay for others would be to provide an information pack showing where the bins are, restaurant recommendations etc. and also to change the main bedroom sheets as they are scratchy. Everything is perfect about this apartment. The location, the apartment itself as well as the balcony with the view over the beach. Mateu was very helpful and friendly - thank you for your support :) There is nothing negative to say about this apartment. We will come back for sure!

Haben die Woche als Familie sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Meer und der gemeinsame Pool auf dem Grundstück sind wirklich top!

Wir haben jeden Tag wieder neu den einmaligen Blick vom Balkon oder auch vom Schlafzimmer auf die Bucht genossen. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das Pool mit dem Blick auf Strandpromenade und Meer ist schön groß und in der Vorsaison auch nicht sehr voll. In nächster Nähe tolle Restaurants und Supermarkt. Gerade in der Vorsaison fanden wir das Appartement super, weil um uns herum das meiste schon auf hatte und etwas Leben da war. Zu tollen Wandergebieten an den Caps ist es auch nicht weit und Alcudia Altstadt (ca. 3km) hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hier stimmt alles für einen perfekten Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, vom Balkon blickt man direkt darauf. Restaurants sind in großer Zahl fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Vielleicht könnte der Fernseher größer sein - wenn man denn fernsehen will (muss). Ein Geschirrspüler würde den Komfort erhöhen, aber sonst ist alles da, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Mateu kümmert sich um alles sofort, wenn es Probleme gibt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Küche hat zwei Kaffemaschinen eine Filter und eine Nespresso, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine usw. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Danke das wir kommen durften. Liebe Grüße

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Vermieter ist super zuverlässig. Die Wohnung sauber, genau wie auf den Bildern vorzufinden. Der Blick auf das Meer, der Strand vor der Tür, Geschäfte um uns herum. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern und freundlich möbliert, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine tolle Paella-Pfanne! Den Balkon haben wir wenig genutzt, da es Anfang Februar noch zu kühl war. Dank der Klimaanlage war es abends angenehm warm. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist ideal. Vielen Dank an Mateo und Joana! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très agréable, bien situé et parfait pour un couple et 2 enfants. Très bien équipé.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during the last week of October 2019. The daily highs hovered around 25 C and the water temperature was still above 20 C. It was a surprisingly quiet time, yet all services were still open. We used our apartment as the ideal base for excursions to the East coast, to the Cap de Formentor and the Serra de Tramuntana. Everything seemed so close, less than an hour‘s drive away! Our last day was spent on the deserted beach right outside our front door. We hiked, biked and scuba-dived. In the end, we wished we had more time. Mateu‘s authentic dining suggestions were great! He was the perfect host! To summarize, this was the perfect place for our short getaway and we wouldn’t hesitate a second to book this place again if we would get an opportunity to come back to Mallorca again. Eine tolle, warme und schön eibgerichtete Wohnung direkt in der Bucht von Port alcudia! Wir können es uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen dort zu verweilen da sich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Sara und chris

Eine wirklich schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in bester Lage - sogar mit privater Parkmöglichkeit! Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Gemütlicher Balkon mit tollem Ausblick auf Strand und Hafen. Geschäfte, Restaurants usw. in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Danke Mateu für deine Gastfreundlichkeit!

We had a fantastic holiday in Mateu’s apartment with our grown up daughters. Mateu was very easy to get hold of whenever I needed to ask something and was incredibly flexible and accommodating. The apartment was lovely and clean on our arrival. The views across the bay from the small balcony are beautiful. We would definitely go back again in the future.

Bonne résidence et bon appartement. Propriétaires agréables. Bon emplacement. À préciser que la place de parking n’est pas personnelle et que le wifi est très variable.
