The nice large terrazza. Located in an area within walking distance to the historico district and well as the newer area and walking street. Very nice host.
Small detail, but hand soap in the bathroom as well as dish soap, a sink plug and linens in the kitchen would have been much appreciated.

The owner waited for me until almost midnight. She received me with a big smile and showed me everything I needed to know. She is a great person and host.
The flat is sparkling clean, cozy, and gives being home vibes. Breakfast had a variety of stuff. You literally need to buy nothing else for breakfast.
The flat is well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the main walking street of Cosenza.

Nice location, in the nicer part of town, not far from Corso Mazzini. Apartment has a large balcony, airconditioning in the bedroom, and a nice bathroom.
Kitchen was poorly stocked. Note that it's on the 4th floor, no lift.
