The host communicated well through booking.com which made check in easy, apartment boasts a 30 floor view which was amazing however it was quite small, the kitchen had all the basics and cutlery, close to 7/11
Pattaya main beach and eating places is a distance away and i had to request the room to be made up after the 2nd night

- Some bugs in the kitchen (already reported to owner, got apologized by his snack and drinks)
- Need to clean the towel better, there’re a few hair left from previous user

The location is excellent for quite get a way. The price is excellent. Our little girl have been look after so well by the staff and she have enjoy the swimming pool so much.

Comfortable to stay.. nice place to take some rest. Also able to walk to the beach but a bit far than the resort. Nice swimming pool. Somehow condominium only can use one pool. Cannot even take a photo in resort pool.

This room in the condo is in charge of an agent, who was hired by the room owner. We arrived at the condo around 17.30 pm and call to ask for the room key. The agency was rude and ignorant. We waited for 1.30 hr to get the key in. This room no. is room 212/284. Be aware to book here.
