The Apartment has the best view ever. It has the most beautiful Panoramic view we have ever seen. Apartment is quite spacious. the best of the of the apartment is that its a 2 bedroom apartment but there is an extra bed has been kept in the living room which was a bonus for us as we were 6 people together. The pace has many restaurants down at the walk and some nice clubs. This place is very buzzing and happening.

this is the best apartment and the best location in the JBR. One of the best view ever. The apartments is very spacious and very well decorated. We didn’t get a chance to cook but the kitchen is fully equipped. Down the building all restaurants are on the walking steps. Grocery store in just 2 mins away. We wanted extra blanket and the host immediately provided us. The host is very approachable

Needed cleaning everyday

The view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is big. The grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping is all down the building. The location of the apartment is very good. Saw all the fireworks of the New Years.

The apartment is very nicely decorated. The view from every room is just wonderful. Had a good communication with the host. The restaurants are down at the building. Very close to the tram station. The grocery store is walkable.

The apartment was not clean. The furniture is old and partly damaged (bed, curtains...). The mattress of the bed in the main room needs to be changed. Overall the apartment needs a big renovation to be up to the announced service and prices.

The Place has a beautiful Sea view with Palm and the Dubai Eye. The apartment is located on the prime location. Beach is just walkable distance. Grocery store is down the building.

- Neha is very helpful and solves problems very quickly. - The best location in JBR, beautiful views of the sea and Dubai Ain. - Carrefour supermarket a few steps from the apartment. - Everything is at hand, restaurants, sea, shops, metro 10 minutes walk. - Nice sea and beaches clean. - WIFI connection. - Close to the EXPO 2020 exhibition center.

I would like to write some nice review of the apartment, because Neha was very helpful and always willing to help with all the problems, but I cannot lie and I have to write the truth :-(. - Check in and check out of the apartment takes place without contact with the tenant. You will only receive a ten-digit code from the main door and this code you will use the entire stay to enter - a little annoying. - The lock from the door of apartment is very flimsy. Noisy closing. - The apartment was cleaned only very superficially, insufficiently. - The bathrooms and kitchen are old and need to be renovated. - The other equipment of the apartment also requires renewal, some furniture is falling apart, mold in the bathroom, a sligth unpleasant odor in the whole apartment, also from the air conditioning. - Curtains and drapes years unwashed, dirty windows. - Only one card from the main entrance door to the tower Rimal 2.

The apartment is the same as shown in the pictures. The view and the location is just amazing. The host was very nice and approachable

Location is excellent, the apartment is very comfortable for a long stay. The views in the pictures are accurate and look even better at night. The host was excellent with keeping in touch and making sure everything was okay, with out being over bearing. Overall a great experience.

A key for the front door would of made getting in and out the apartment easier. A walk in shower would be a nice addition. Had a weird smell when the ac came on in the back bedroom.
