We upgraded to a room with a view of the city it worth doing this . The pool was nice and relaxing.

Can’t say we disliked anything.

فندق رائع يلبي كل المتطلبات التي يحتاج لها المسافر الموقع الرائع شارع الشيخ زايد جميع الخدمات متوفر مكينه صرافه - سوبر ماركت - صيدليات - مطاعم متنوعه لجميع افراد الاسره والاذواق - المكان مناسب اللي يحبون الحركه والناس - الغرف ذات السريرين اكبر من غرف الكينغ و عمال الفندق يتفنون في تلبيه الطلبات جميعهم ودودين ويخدمون الكل بكل راحه - الواي فاي سريع - خدمه الغرف رائعه - موظفين الاستقبال رائعين جدا واخص بالذكر الاخ المصري بيار اعتقد هذا اسمه شكرا لهم جميعا

البعض لا يعجبه اللوبي انه صغير نوعا ما انا لا يهمني اللوبي بقدر الخدمات الرائعه التي يقدومنها

Location is great! Lots of amenities are conveniently available in the surrounding areas with a wide range of selection. We took the full advantage of the shuttle service to the Dubai Mall as well. Staff and service were outstanding, staff were very respectful and helpful!!!

May be need to smooth up the drop off and pickup due tight front space but the staff proactively manages the congestion.

قرب المكان الى دبي مول ويقع الفندق بشارع الشيخ زايد الحيوي حيث قريب من كل الخدمات والاحتياجات والمطاعم والصيدليات وايضا يحتوي الفندق على مطعم المخبز الفرنسي باللوبي حيث الكرواساون اللذيذ وجميع المعجنات اللذيذة . خدمة الغرفة من الجنسية الاسيوية جميعهم ممتازين ومحترفين ودودين . وكذلك خدمة الواي فاي كل الشكر لموظف الاستقبال اسمه خالد اثناء الخروج من الفندق بعد 5 ليالي اكان تعامل جداً راقي وشفاف ووضح لي كل الامور وحط النقاط على الحروف بعد معالجة لمشكلة وضعوها موظفين الاستقبال مع مديرهم اثناء دخول الفندق .

مع الاسف كانت بالاستقبال موظف من الجنسية العربية لا اذكر اسمه ولكن لدي يقين كان يراوغ وغير شفاف بالتعامل بالاتفاق مع مديره من نفس الجنسية . وصلت الفندق ليلا واول يوم عيد وكأن الموضوع في استغلال . انا عميل في بوكينغ لاكثر من 10 سنوات وخاصة في دبي لم اواجه مشكلة بالحجوزات الا في هذه المره كنت حاجز عدد ثلاث غرفة لمدة 5 ليالي وتم خصم من حسابي مبلغ 4000 درهم لمدة 5 ليالي ، لعدد غرفتين والغرفة الاخرى الدفع اثناء الوصول وقالي لم يصل الينا من المبلغ الا 2000 درهم . لم اصدق ذلك والمصيبة الاكبر وبعد الجدال وتبيان رسائل خصم المبلغ من حسابي وقالوا لي بكل وقاحة اتصل في بوكنغ تفاهم معهم المشكلة بينك وبين بوكنغ . وقلت انا راح اسجل شكوى عليكم في دائرة السياحة في دبي . وسرعان ماتبدل الموقف قال انا بعطيك غرفه وصالة رضاوة واحجز مبلغ بس لين ننتظر الرد من بوكنغ .!

All facilities were excellent, the views were fantastic, we had a 2 bedroom apt which was exceptional, everything we needed and more. Free shuttle to the Dubai Mall if needed, the free breakfast was very good and a good selection of other eateries.

If you are a smoker, they will give you a very bad room with a view of their garage If you choose a classic room also very bad If you want a good room with smooking , they asked me to pay around USD 80 extra ??!!! Finally I'm forced to stay in a non-smoking room!! The most overrated hotel I ever stay The team of reception was really not good and not cooperative Restaurant is small, so when you go for breakfast, they will not allow you to enter because it is full I think I will never try this hotel again

the breakfast was quite limited in terms of food options. it was difficult to find something I enjoyed at breakfast other than some pastries and fruits.

Perfect location to go anywhere around was very easy

We got an upgrade to a superior room, which gives more space and beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast had high variety and staff very friendly and engaged. View from the roof top on Sheikh Said Road very Good, but for perfect view you need to go into the Bar.shuttle bus to Kite Beach - perfect.

Pool was a Little disappointing. Elevators always busy.

It was great that they facilitated an early check in. They also upgraded my room for the 2nd half of my stay. Rooms were very large and cleaner/more modern than I expected. Good value for money compared to other hotels in Dubai. Extremely well located, would highly recommend.

The lobby area tended to be a bit busy and the facilities weren't that great. Its a good option if you are there for work or are planning to explore Dubai but not if you want to have good room service or use the spa, etc.

Petit-Déjeuner catastrophique, buffet sans choix, très mauvaise qualité, industriel. Pas bon, Service d'étage qui tape a la porte très top matin et qui rentre dans la chambre...

Staff was extremely helpful especially Kelly at the front desk and Sanji in housekeeping. Location is convenient (walkable) to the subway system and Future Museum - it also has a 5 star Indian restaurant on the mezzanine level. Room was spacious. I did not use the shuttle bus service to the mall or beach but was provided with instructions on its availability

Front of hotel for obtaining car services is terrible. Since there is limited space there is a lot of pressure to get vehicles moving which can be a challenge when paying taxi services, getting luggage in or out of cars, or simply talking to drivers to explain where you’re going Staff at buffet appeared overwhelmed they were very nice but I think staffing levels to diners was not sufficient. Once I was seated there was limited to no contact unless I initiated

Das Hotel ist einfach in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr nett. Das Frühstücksangebot reichhaltig und die Lage zu Metro in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend!

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.
