到達時，我們7人拖著大型行李需要步行上多梯級才能進入屋內。設施有點陳舊；沒有洗頭水提供；煮食用具有限。我們住了二晚，沒有垃圾袋可更換，只好用自己買的。向店員詢問有關事宜，但相隔幾天後才回覆。網上預約的照片是二個建築物全部的，如果大家要預約，敬請留意，不會被誤會了。

Great location being only a few minutes drive from the city centre. House is also very secluded so you get a whole lot of privacy as well as having the option of going for a little 3-5 minute trek on the property to go see a nice little waterfall in the backyard. Would definitely book again.

We stayed in studio and it was a perfect amount of space for myself and my partner. Loved the location and the privacy.
Wifi was a bit in and out but no big deal really theres so many things to see and do.

Comfy and Cozy Rooms. Clean Beds. Great shower! Good for Big Size Family and Friends. Good Carpark. Amazing View and the Location where it is very close to the city its amazing it is almost walkable.
Just the hill going to the house is quite Dark hahahaha but all good you should not be walking there anyway. when we are looking for the house it just took us a while. it might be helpful to upload the main ramp (the first left) on google maps.

Quiet location only 5 mins from town centre. Comfortable chalet apartment with nice beds and good shower pressure. A/C unit and heater helps keep temperature comfortable.
Lovely walk to waterfall kn 2 mins.
No plugs in sink or basin and lack of some crockery our only annoyance. An information booklet would have been useful.

Broken TV. Cleanliness doubtful. One sofa, for 5 people (second one broken and stacked in the corner) . Towels on a drier in the main room. Lacks a bit of class.. little better standard than a hostel Not worth the money

nice and warm big enough for a family of 8 .Its convenience to township. A very peaceful and relaxing and a magnificent place.
drive way and clearance area near cottage was a bit tight for parking.

The house was very spacious and the location setting was beautiful! It is perfect for a large group of people. The interior decorations were simply wonderful too. The price was also a great value. I would recommend.
It was generally cold in the ground floor and the heater was not enough to warm the entire big space. It was even colder in the kitchen and the toilets in that level.
No late check-outs or extension requests.

Great space, indoors and out - would have been lots of room for a big family group to hang out and explore. We were in Queenstown for work and didn't really use the space to its advantage. Clean bathrooms, nice thick towels and sheets, really appreciated the underfloor heating in the big eat-in kitchen.
The upstairs shower seems to have swapped the H and C markers, it took a long time to figure out why there was no hot water. We couldn't work out how to unlock the main door from the inside, so had to go out the sliding door and unlock from the outside!

A lovely warm home with heaps of space, more than enough for 8 adults. Everyone had their own space to relax and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great location, short walk into town, warm, scenic & sounds of nature for relaxing made this place ideal.
My only suggestion would be a direction sign at the letter box with an arrow pointing up to the house would have been easier to find as a little confusing with all the other driveways in the vicinity 😊
