Absolutely perfect location, close to everything. Right next door to multiple ice cream shops, breakfast place and a mini golf course. A block away from the wildwood sign and the beach. My kids and their friend absolutely loved it. Perfect family getaway. The owner, Bill, was very responsive and kind. Will be booking again for years to come!!!

The area of this place is beautiful and safe, you have the beach a block away from you, the view is beautiful and you can walk to your favorite restaurants from here.

This was a nice place to stay. Had a full kitchen with large refrigerator, full size stove and oven, coffee maker. 3 bedrooms with TVs. Nice size living room with a couch and futon. Cute front porch. Grill and picnic table in back yard. Ice cream shop and coffee shop next door. Only steps away from boardwalk. We really enjoyed it. 1 bathroom with bathtub. Nice for a family.

The house was a great deal! It’s at a great location, super close to the boardwalk! Easy to find as well as it’s on a main road. Bill was very nice and responsive! The place was very clean when we arrived.

Great location, close to everything. House is old but clean. Truly the only down flaw was having to share driveway parking with a tenant and being forced to move our car often or having to wait a 1/2 hour for him to move his vehicle. We were not prepared for the parking lot style parking situation.

It was a nice place and we had a good time. I do recommend taking a few necessities with you, ex.. towels were provided but not enough (there were 6 of us and 3 towels) and no wash clothes. However nothing that would discourage us from using the house again. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

The location, the directions, the welcome, impeccable. The cleanliness of the property? Absolutely unacceptable. There was hair on the wall of the shower/tub. There was a bloody bandaid that was impossible to miss on the window in the tub area. The tub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a very long time. We had to get cleaning materials to scrub the tub so our three year old could get a bath. There was one roll of toilet paper for three people for three days. There were no paper towels. There were no towels. At all. The kitchen had 2 dented and severely scratched teflon frying pans. Weirdly enough, the fridge was scrubbed perfectly. The washer and dryer listed in the listing? Which I was informed, were coin-op next door? Didn't exist. The outdoor shower in the listing? Didn't exist. We went to the local thrift store and bought a couple pots and pans, and even left a nice saute pan with lid there for the next renters. The cleaning lady dropped off a vacuum we could use, and brought two batches of towels, both of which reeked of cigarette smoke, so we had to air them out to use them. I communicated extensively with the property manager. They told me the washer for their use broke, so their cleaning lady was overwhelmed. I told them that's fine, please get us a vacuum and towels! They did. The vacuum was fine. The towels? Well, see above about cigarette reek. I was promised a refund, partial at least. I have yet to see it. So fine, I'm leaving an honest review. If you're a college group, and only want to party, it's probably fine. If you're an adult or family, looking for a nice place to enjoy a lovely town? Maybe not.

Immediate response from owner, whether written or verbal. Kept us updated (such as new washer the day prior to arriving). Location perfect for activities. Walked to everything we wanted to do. Nice front porch for people watching. Ice cream and mini golf next door. Lots of good hot water, fresh white linens. Remember to bring your consumables as stated. Housekeeper was reminded for a little more dusting. You just can't beat the location. Can see the Wildwood beach ball sign from front yard!! Bathroom and wood floors look new. Five miles to Cape May for whale watching and more restaurants if you need a drive. Very nice 5 day stay. Would go again.

The house is within site of the Wildwood sign and convention center very short walk to the boardwalk. Very neat well maintained had everything we needed. Off street parking a big plus. We had no problems at all with anything and had a great time. Isnt that what vacations are about?

Easy access to the Boardwalk. The place was pretty quiet. We liked the picnic table and barbecue. It felt like home.

It was the perfect house for 3 couples and our children to have a fun, stress free, final vacation before summer ends and school begins :)

place was not very clean. could not get the wifi to work. the place was run down there is a lot that should be fixed or maybe even updated. which is a sham because the location as far as we were concerned was great that was the best thing about the place. with in walking distance of a lot of things.

I was concerned about our stay and contemplated canceling our trip becauae of the sanitation of the property due to COVID-19. The landlord explained that the cleaning company follows CDC guidelines for cleaning. That is not accurate because when we arrived the to the house at 4PM it a as not cleaned and I had to reach out to the landlord. Landlord is very responsive and informed me that the cleaning company was running late and would be there in 5 mins, the cleaning company was only present to clean the house for maybe 45 mins, so I was very upset and sad that things were not as they were told to us at a time of a pandemic. The listing mentions washer and dryer but nothing about bringing quarters to pay.In general the house did what it needed to do but things were just not q00% from the listing either miss leading information or depicted in a much better way for computer/ virtual view then in person view.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice having a place right next door to get a quick bite to eat( food was good) also an ice cream place on the other side of us. We did have a man come get the trash one of the nights we stayed and I believe he had said something about trash in the yard which was not ours. There would be napkins from the ice cream place that flew into the yard which I didn't mind picking up. I respect every place I stay at & treat it as if it was my own house. The short walk from the house to the board walk was AMAZING especially since we had a lot of things. I packed everything I would need from Tp/PT and bed linens even my own couch cover. I did run out of TP and it would have been nice if there were extras in the house but I had so many napkins it was ok. Other then the house not having that one thing I really can't say anything negative. My family & I had a great stay and can't wait to plan our next trip here.

From the beautiful home, to the helpful owner to the friendly neighbors in the back, Everythibg about our stay was perfect. Its literally located a short stroll from EVERYTHING. We didnt want to leave and plan to book for our next vacation. You wont be disappointed
