Au complexe, vous trouverez un magnifique paysage tropical, une piscine communautaire de luxe avec une zone d'eau peu profonde pour les enfants, des jouets pour la piscine, des fontaines de pulvérisation, un jeu de palets, des cabanes et une aire de jeux avec des toboggans, une balançoire à pneus et bien plus encore. La piscine est également chauffée, ce qui est une excellente nouvelle pour vous les voyageurs d'hiver! Vous avez également deux places de stationnement désignées juste en face de l'unité.

Cette unité au premier étage est connue sous le nom de Paradise Cove pour sa sensation relaxante et tranquille. Le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger décloisonnés sont idéaux pour se divertir et disposent d'une table à manger formelle ainsi que d'un bar à petit-déjeuner et de 10 places assises. La chambre principale est en bas et est livré avec un lit king size. A l'étage, vous trouverez 2 chambres supplémentaires, une avec un lit king size et une autre avec un lit superposé (lit double en bas, twin en haut et lit gigogne double). Vous obtenez également un canapé-lit dans le salon pour accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires.

Loved this condo. Worked great for my family with plenty of room to spare. The only "issue" we really had was all the dishes were glass which doesn't work to great with a 3 year old, but a quick trip to Walmart fixed that for us.

Condo was well laid out, well stocked kitchen - even a muffin pan. Location was good with quick access to main road and beaches. Pool was warm and kept clean. Friendly full time residents and Winter Texans. Checkin was easy and response to inquiries quick.

It was a great stay! very convenient location, great pool, very clean and accommodating to our family. the downstairs king bedroom Stays a little warmer. So if you prefer a colder bedroom I would recommend taking the king size upstairs bedroom. The bunk room for the kids was great. I would have preferred access to a broom just because Kids can drop things when they eat and also to help with sand in and out. But the kitchen was Stocked with appliances and pans. No seasonings available so if you are cooking you will need to buy them. Beds were comfy never had any issue with not having hot water for showers, Great place to stay.

The place was nice but had several things I’d like to mention. 1 set of towels per person for the visit isn’t enough. A chair leg broke when my grandson sat down. Also, the disposal broke and water backed up into the sink and was leaking out of the underneath canyon. We called that morning and called again in the afternoon. We had breakfast and lunch before it was fixed with a replacement disposal.

This was a great size for our family of 5. There was a missing remote for the master bedroom and the rental company had no idea where it could be. Luckily the living room one sort of worked in the master. The instructions in the living room state there should have been a Roku remote since it is a Roku TV but when questioned, they said there wasn't one. So, that was confusing, we would have preferred to use the smart tv instead of cable. There is no shampoo or conditioner given like other properties but they do give you hand soap, no laundry detergent but dish soap and 2 dishwasher pods are given. Overall, we would stay again.

It was a lot of fun, not far from the beach, rental was very clean. Everything worked great except the washing machine would vibrate and make a lot of noise when in spin cycle. other than that it was a nice trip.

This has been our second stay and again has been a pleasant one. We have a wheelchair bound family member and vacationing has been difficult, Nemo Cay has meet our needs making our vacations pleasant.

We enjoyed the pool and the beach during our trip. The only problem was the key pad wouldn’t use codes to get in when we would go out. The management did give a regular key after several attempts with key pad.

We spent 6 weeks in this unit. It was amazing to be in such a warm location during the winter months. The condo is kept exceptionally clean, the furniture is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The 2 king beds were more comfortable than our beds back home. The bunk bed was perfect for our 2 boys. The property management company was attentive to the couple requests we had and would gladly use them again. It is a quick 3 minute drive to the beach, where you can drive on and pull your beach stuff out right on it. We do wish the unit had some boogie boards and beach chairs, if it had them, we would have given 5 stars. We would love to come back and hope its available again next time we come down from Canada.

The condo was extremely clean and it's beautiful inside. The pool access and playground were so nice to have with young children. My only complaint is that they did not supply enough trash bags and had very limited supplies in the kitchen overall. The blankets are also super thin - if I had known this I would have brought extra blankets. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I had asked for a later check out but was never contacted. I knew there was no new renters as we were offered another night at 30% off. I also replied to that but never Ed received a reply.

We definitely had a great time! The place was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary cookware. My granddaughters loved it. We will definitely be back. Not far from Whitecap beach so that was a big plus for us since we usually stay beachside. Only one thing that could have made this better: provide people that stay with the location of the pool.

The rental was nice, but the neighbors not so much. We had to wait until 4pm exactly to get into the property. And then we had other renters nearby causing problems late into the evening.

The only downfall was I had rented a golf cart to keep our cars clean and I went to pick it up and had to get refunded because we couldn’t take it on the Main Street which is the only entrance in to this area.
Otherwise the place is perfect!
