I loved this Property. Lorenzo and his wife were very welcoming and accommodated our late arrival. The property has been sympathetically updated though it still retains its original charm and so many of its original features. The location is fantastic. Just a few steps to the sea front and only a short walk to the city centre or the old town. it is also is also very close to Urban restaurant which Stanley Tucci recently featured on his Tv show. Lovely hosts and a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was lovely, really nice and gave great recommendations. He also added coffee capsules when they ended and gave my wife chocolate for her birthday.

Possibly the best place to stay in Bari. The location is perfect, few minutes to walk to the sea and few minutes to the center of Bari. Apartment is very stylish, comfortable with beautiful balcony. The host was very helpful and super friendly. Loads of fantastic restaurants, café bars and supermarket close to the apartment.10/10.

Lorenzo (property owner) is a very helful and nice person.Explained transport from airport. Waited for us in front of house. English speaking. Booked a taxi to get back to the airport in early morning hours. Balcony with a little see view.

For apartment just very basic and limited options for cooking. Extremely small fridge, little place to cook. Noisy street for sleeping - especially motorbikes during the night. Cant imagine sleeping with opened window

The location was perfect. Close to the water and a short walk from the old town. I loved the recommendations from the host on where to eat/drink. It was also so nice to have a balcony.

Very easy to communicate with the hosts and they met us at the door of the apartment on arrival. The room was in a great location near to the coast and near to the old town. Walking distance to places in the centre of Bari. Lovely apartment, comfortably fitted 2 people.

Everything was great, Lorenzo was very kind and helpful.He gave us many useful advice and good tips for our pleasure time. We had really good time in Bari.

Unfortunately the street was a little bit noisy during the night and if someone is a light sleeper , he/she can wake up for that.

Convenient and quiet location. Very comfortable and close to attractions. Host was helpful and accessible.

Hot water was limited.

Fantastic location, comfortable apartment, a wonderful tenement house with a stylish elevator, a fully equipped kitchen are just the technical part of the experience. The personality of Lorenzo, who met to hand over the keys, but also meet his guests, talk about expectations, recommend places to visit, stay in touch via Whatsapp, and a supply of coffee and wonderful pastries only added to the wonderful experience of the stay.

There is no such thing! However, Friday or Saturday nights in Italy are quite loud in the street ;)

Everything was perfect!

The apartment is well located in a nice neighbourhood, just 3min walking distance to the sea, 10min to the old town and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. A supermarket is also around the corner. The flat is more spacious as evident on the pictures and the balcony is perfect for a nice little breakfast. I also loved the matrass and the pillows... sooo comfortable!!! We can really recommend this place!!!

We didn't expect this much mosquitos that close to the sea and end of October. But yeah it happend and was a bit disturbing. I recommend to look after the balcony door when its dark... keep it closed!!!

Looks exactly like in the photos, the apartment is gorgeous and well equipped. The balcony is great for spending the evenings and Lorenzo was a welcoming and helpful host.

Noise from the neighbouring apartment can sometimes be heard, however some earplugs quickly sorted the issue.
