Location in a dodgy area

no hot water - must have been a problem with geyser

The property is well maintained and very well connected as it is within walking distance from Main termini station. Mr Giuseppe is a great host and is always available on WhatsApp. Everything is perfect. there is a strict Check out at 10 AM and there is no facility to keep your luggage later. however, there are a couple of places near termini station where you can keep your luggage for a couple of hours by paying per luggage rent. It is safe.

This is so close to the center and train station. The location is perfect and the apartment had everything I needed!

the key for the front door is a little tricky but it eventually worked.

We liked the host at this apartment. He was very nice. The rooms were large and had the furniture pictured in the listing.

The kitchen was very poorly stocked. It really needs more silverware and dishes to make it appropriate for guests planning to actually cook and eat in the apartment. There is no where really to sit anywhere in the apartment if you want to just be sitting comfortably for a while.

Location excellent. Set up perfect for sleeping and eating. Wonderful owner...... Thanks for having an elevator 4th floor. I highly recommend Bluenine Apartments

The house was very nice and big and the host (Giuseppe) was very polite and helpful for any problem we had.

Big appartment, everything’s needed. The best thing - heating, which is not so often in southern countries. We were there in wintertime… Also communication with Giuseppe is exceptional. Note - there’s a bakery right near the door, great thing for breakfast.

The balcony is in the technical yard, but it still is.

The apartment was just like the photos. It was very comfortable and clean. The host was very kind so we did not have problems and had a great stay.

The location was a bit far from the center but it was very close to Termini station.

Location, location, location :) The apartment is less than 10 minutes walking distance from main train/bus terminal Termini. Giuseppe is the perfect host, communication quick, he speaks perfect English and he can organize everything you might need during your stay in Rome. Apartment is nice, cozy and perfect for a groups of friends or families up to 5 people. If we come back to Rome, we will stay here again.

The apartment is very clean and was great as per location as I searched one near the railway station but not in the "bad" zone , close to the metro also in 25min walk you are in Piazza Spagna and the railway station is in 10 min with slow walk.

Would be great if host would change the mattress and pillows for better ones.

Good location 5 min walk to 3 metro stations including Termini, main train station. Clean and large enough for 4 family members. Has an elevator.

Not really a problem but toilette water amount was bit less, which is normal in other facilities in Rome like in museums, restaurants.

We had a great time in this apartment which is large and well equipped as well as well maintained. The location is very central and the host is precise and punctual in communication and hospitality.

Fantastic value for money for our 5 night stay. Great communication with Giuseppe ideal location close to Termini station. Apartment was safe ,clean and comfortable.Large comfy bedrooms and free WiFi.it also had a washing machine handy if your stopping a few days. Giuseppe was quick to reply to all our requests and provided lots of help and advice for making the most of our stay in Rome also helping arrange our transport back to the Airport.He even kindly posted our keys back to UK free of charge after we left them at the apartment..now that's service above and beyond.👍👍👍.We will be back soon, thanks Giuseppe .
