APARTAMENTOS LOS NAZARENOS 1 - swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym
Nous louons 4 spacieux appartements meublés de luxe dans une grande maison coloniale avec un immense jardin. Ambiance familiale au sein d'une famille belgo-guatémaltèque. Quartier agréable et calme, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la place centrale, à 5 minutes de la célèbre église de La Merced et à 5 minutes du marché central.
Chaque appartement dispose d'une salle de bains en marbre et d'une cuisine en bois avec dessus en granit. Tous les appartements ont d'immenses portes coulissantes en verre pour beaucoup de soleil et de superbes vues sur le jardin et les montagnes. Chaque appartement dispose de son modem pour Internet haut débit et wifi. Une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces vous offre 100 chaînes de divertissement.
L'appartement est livré avec un service de nettoyage quotidien ou hebdomadaire. Nous changeons vos serviettes, draps, savon, shampoing, torchons et nappes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de toutes nouvelles casseroles et poêles, ustensiles de cuisine, couverts, micro-ondes, mixeur, cafetière, grille-pain et un grand réfrigérateur.
Dans la zone commune, vous avez un grand jardin de 250 m2, une pergola confortable où vous pouvez discuter avec d'autres clients, 2 fontaines relaxantes, une buanderie et une salle de bain entièrement équipée pour les visiteurs. Juste en face de la rue, nous avons un parking sécurisé pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 véhicules.
Nous vous proposons de délicieux petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner si vous ne voulez pas cuisiner vous-même. Nous proposons également des services de taxi, de location de motos et de vélos.

My best friend and I have been to Antigua many times and really love to have a kitchen and a pool. This place had both and was in a wonderful location very close to the market so we could walk to get our groceries. Tom is amazing and him and the staff are so helpful and kind. It felt very safe and secure and I had no worries about anything while I was there.

Wonderful place to stay in Antigua. Pictures don't do it justice. Bit of a hike to get downtown on foot, but the exercise was appreciated. Nights were very quiet with almost zero traffic on our street. Can't wait to return!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at apartamentos de los nazarenos and will most definitely be our go to place whenever we return to Antigua. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the place is so clean, and our kids absolutely loved the pool. It was such a nice quiet place to retreat to after our time out exploring the city and nearby sites. The hammocks are so nice to relax in, and we loved that the kids could be "at home" but still be outside and play. Absolutely gem of a place!

I loved the apartment, it was even nicer in person than on photos. Loved the attention to detail, how thoughtfully this place was designed. The owner and staff do an amazing job. Would definitely stay here again. I also loved the location, a 10 minute walk to the huge market & 20 minute walk to town centre.

Aside from being a little far from the center of town, this place is perfect. During our month-long stay, they kept the apartment spotless. The grounds are beautiful. Tom and his crew are very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is in the apartment.
We will be back for sure.

Tom is the best!! We had a crisis and he was there to help us. He was so caring and kind! His staff are lovely! I felt like it was truly a home away from home. It is a beautiful environment and very comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend it!!

When my husband and I decided to stay in Antigua for a month, I began looking for an apartment which I would find pleasing in location, price & appearance. Very well fitting all 3 qualifications, we chose Apartamentos Nazarenos. Actually, the hammock picture peaked my attention immediately.
I immediately loved it as did my husband. Our duplex apartment, which surrounds a beautiful courtyard, comes equipped with everything needed, has a homey and inviting appearance and also a balcony on the second floor. That balcony gave us a beautiful view’ with mountains in the background and a serenity I did not have at home in New York.
The owner, Tom, is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating; to the point where when I had an unforeseen accident, he took care of my leg so beautifully, that I never had an infection. Christie, who works at the apartments in many capacities, is just wonderful. She is warm, happy, very accommodating and super helpful. She also became my main practice person with Spanish.
When we first came, the center of Antigua seemed a bit far away, but with our constant walking and exploring, we realized that not only was it easily doable, but you can take an Huber or a Tuk Tuk for just two American dollars. The large supermarket has just about everything you would want and down the street is a little bodega where you can get fill-ins such as milk, bread, snacks, etc.
This was my fifth visit to Guatemala but I never stayed a month. It was a bit difficult and oh so sad to leave when the month of January ended because it really felt like a home away from home and was also very safe. We hope to return next year and repeat our wonderful and easy stay at the apartments. It is a place I highly recommend.

Short Stay Apartments with B&B amenities
Apartamentos los Nazarenos is an interesting hybrid, a collection of short-stay apartments with B&B-like amenities. There are currently four units for rent (the owners, Tom, a young Belgian and Alejandra, his Guatemalan wife, occupy a fifth unit). Three are two-story apartments with two bedrooms, two baths, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a livingroom. The fourth is a single-story apartment. Plans are to build some three-bedroom units, but those are probably a few years off. The apartments are arranged around a grassy courtyard, and they and the grounds are meticulously cared for. Our apartment had a smart TV and good, fast WiFi. The kitchen had a microwave and toaster oven, conventional gas stove, refrigerator and a good selection of cooking utensils and plates and glasses and so on. One day, a real pop-up toaster appeared; another day, an electric teapot showed up. If you’d rather not use the kitchen, the management will arrange breakfast and lunch for you, for a nominal extra fee. You can also pick up a beer or a soda if you run out, and Tom is happy to arrange transportation to and from the airport or to nearby attractions. If you eat something stupid, he can also arrange for a housecall from a doctor for an amazing US$40. And if you’re there during Lent, there are several processions that pass within a couple of blocks. At US$1,200 or so per month, Apartamentos los Nazarenos aren’t the cheapest short-stay apartments in Antigua, but you’ll definitely get your money’s worth here. We’ll be back.

We'll be back
We have been to Antigua multiple times and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartments and courtyard are beautiful, clean and safe. Nazarenos is on a quiet (by Guatemalan standards) side street within walking distance of downtown. Tom is very friendly and helpful. It was great to know that he was available in case of an emergency or just to ask directions or advice (e.g., where to buy a phone). We stayed for about three weeks and will stay there on our next trip (hopefully next year!).

Perfect stay in paradise
We recently spent 12 days at Apartementos Nazarones with Tom and Alejandra. The apartment was wonderful, beautifully finished, very well equipt and delightfully decorated with lovely Guatemalan handicrafts. The apartment share a lovely peaceful garden area, with many hammocks around to relax in. I think the apartment is very well priced and would definitely recommend it. Tom and Alejandra are very gracious hosts and they have a wonderful lady who takes great care cleaning the the. The property is close to the market and the Antiguenean Language school, however is about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the centre of town.

Fabulous apartment in a tranquil part of Antigua
We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in Apt 1 for 8 nights. The apartments are located towards the edge of Antigua which meant that it is quieter and the actual street the apartments are located on is not on a 'Chicken Bus' route which as far as we were concerned was a very good thing! It took us about 10-12 mins to walk from the apartment to the Central Park and less to the market / bus station. If we didn't feel like walking then very easy and cheap to get a tuk tuk. We didn't tend to stay out late - but would think that as with anywhere in Antigua better to get a tuk tuk back after dark. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped - and we all agreed that having spent 6 weeks in Guatemala the lovely hot powerful shower and the bathroom was absolutely the best! We also appreciated the kitchen and nice extras such a good blender/ smoothie maker which when there is a market not too far away meant that we were able to make our own liquado's (smoothies). Great to have a flat screen TV - although only BBC and CNN were in English - but watching a film dubbed into Spanish is a good way of practising! All the staff were helpful and many thanks to Sonia who made my husband some herbal tea to help him with a nasty cough and cold, and to Antonia for keeping the place spick and span and for showing us around another of the apartments - most have an upstairs with wonderful views. If we were planning another trip to Antigua and wanted to self cater then would have no hestitation in staying here again.

Great central location
Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities. The owners and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We spent two lovely weeks in Amtogua there are several fine restaurants wothin walking distance from the apartment. There are also several beautiful cathedrals and museums. While we were there we also took several day trips to local areas. The most memorable being the trip to Lake Atitlan. This is a beautiful lake surrounded by several volcanoes. At the foot of these Volcanoes rest several towns which were very interesting to visit. In all Avery friendly place to end avocation. I highly recommend this property.

Apartamentos Los Nazarenos
We spent two nights at Los Nazarenos and the stay was wonderful. The owners provided fast and prompt feedback on the inquiries, handled the payments with professionalism and it was very easy. The apartment itself was peaceful, very clean and beautiful. This apartment is located at the corner of the building and the water fountain lullabied us to sleep. Not to mention that the strategically placed hammocks outside in the patio by the water fountain were a delight for a nap. The garden was in construction when we arrived and yet it was still beautiful. The inside of the apartment is also tastefully decorated. We had excellent care, in fact, when we were waiting for our ride back to the city and past lunch, we were offered lunch and it was a delicious plate of chiles rellenos and frijoles. Wifi connections worked perfectly well too. I highly recommend Los Nazarenos.
