Loved our stay and had a great time. The house was very clean and beautiful. Check-in/check-out was extremely easy. Would 1000% recommend this house for a Vail vacation, we'll be back.

We were very impressed with the communication and cleanliness of the house and Erin. The house served its purpose for sleeping and end of the evening privacy while also providing a cozy community space between the kitchen, living room and patio. The movie theater was a nice bonus! We left some bourbon and tequila for the next guests! Enjoy your stay and thank you again Erin!

Very Nice, but Small Hot Tub
Beautiful house that's minutes away from Vail, which served well hosting our group of 5 men. The only issues were that the hot tub can only hold 3-4 men without overflowing and that the driveway is challenging to navigate, although much helped by heat to keep it snow free. The management team refilled the hot tub each day and the place was clean with all of the amenities you'd need for a multi-day stay plus nice touches like a heated garage that was perfect for drying ski equipment/clothes.

We had a very comfortable stay at this house which is well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time and Erin is very communicative for any issues that arise. She really strives for you to have a great stay at the house!

Amazing place to stay!
Our stay here was wonderful! Erin was great to work with and the house is amazing. The only negatives are the driveway and no A/C. It is quite difficult getting in and out of the driveway. So much so that we were not comfortable driving it at night. The master would also get pretty hot during the day because of no A/C, but Erin provides fans that helped! Other than that everything else was great! Great location to Vail Village too!

Great well equipped home. Great location for short drive or Uber to Vail and perfect for our long weekend with family and puppy. Very comfortable and would definitely return in the future. Lots of helpful information provided by owner. Many thanks for sharing your home!

Amazing Mountain Getaway
My friends and I had such a great time at this property. The house is so welcoming it feels like home. Any questions we had were answered right away. Would definitely go back!

Castle in the sky getaway
We loved the big windows and openness of the great room. The quality of the home was obvious, and closeness to Vail , as well as view was wonderful. My daughter and I had more space than we required, but we didn’t care - it was great.

Beautiful Home and Surroundings
House was easy to find but nestled away. Absolutely beautiful and filled with every amenity. Beds were very comfortable and each room was quiet even with a full house. Kitchen was a joy to cook in and the views of the mountains were outstanding. Loved this place!

I booked this place for a girls weekend away in the mountains. There were 9 of us in total and it exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful. There were enough beds for everyone and plenty of space so we didn’t feel crowded. The house is designed in a luxurious traditional style that made the stay feel very fancy. It looks exactly like the photos and you can tell they put a lot of care and intention with how it is decorated. The kitchen had a professional Viking range, wine cooler, and two dishwashers! We also used the grill outside, which was large enough to cook for our big group all at once.
The house is tucked away from the road in an already very quiet neighborhood. It is attached to another individual house, but we never heard the neighbors and I don’t think they heard us 9 cackling girls. We brought 4 cars and Erin helped coordinate where everyone could park easy walking-distance for free since there is no street parking allowed. It was also very easy 7 minute Uber to Vail Village.
The house was stocked with everything we needed and enough for 12 people (such as plates, glasses, silverware, etc). They don’t have a crock pot, but we communicated with Erin ahead of time and knew to bring our own. There were also the basics - salt, pepper, cooking oil, and some condiments in the fridge. One thing to note is the coffee makers include a Keurig and French press, so bring a standard coffee pot if you’re wanting to brew coffee for a large group at once. Also, bring some extra dish soap if you’re staying a while - as like most rentals, they only provide a small amount that was just enough for our three-night stay (there was plenty of dishwasher pods).
Erin was very easy to reach by text or phone for any questions we had and she is very nice. We even had a little incident where a piece of furniture broke and Erin was very polite and easy to work with in finding a solution.
All in all, I would book this place again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious mountain getaway!

Location was peaceful with excellent hiking and mountain biking right out of the neighborhood. The home was gorgeous, well furnished and comfortable. Will definitely be back for another family get-away.

Great house and location!!
Beautiful house, great location, and wonderful owner. My wife and I frequent VRBOs and this was one of the top 3 nicest we have stayed in physically, but to take it to the top we had an issue that Erin corrected immediately, what a great owner, will be returning!!

Summer Getaway
This was an amazing house in a beautiful and central location to Vail. The views of Vail mountain were fantastic from the front porch. The house was clean and a great place for 9 guests to sleep comfortably. Erin, was super helpful and was always available to answer any questions. We would absolutely recommend this house to friends and family. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Vail Get Away!
The home is absolutely beautiful! You feel comfortable in every room. We loved spending evenings walk TV as a family in the large theater in the basement. We will be back!

Large, spacious house - perfect for groups!
This house was perfect for a large group ski trip to Vail! Loved having a large open common area with kitchen/dining/living - making it easy to hang out and enjoy cooking large family-style meals together. Loved the tall ceilings in the main common area with huge windows facing Vail - great views!
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/cookware, etc - no need to be concerned cooking for a group of 12. The house layout expands vertically, with each bedroom on its own floor - good for privacy. Almost every room has its own bathroom, which is also nice. Only drawback was the kids room on the ground floor does not have windows or a bathroom so if adults are sleeping there, they might find that to be a challenge.
The host, Erin, is wonderful! She was very responsive and very generous, accommodating a few special requests we made during the trip. Easy and great communication.
Would definitely return to this house on future trips to Vail!

Exactly as Advertised!!!
Gorgeous property that was perfect for our short stay in Vail. The beds were comfy, the home was super clean,the kitchen was very well stocked and the views were amazing. We enjoyed watching Sunday football in the movie room and Erin was awesome as well!
