This place was everything we hoped it would be. Perfect location, plenty of space, and even optional parking. The building staff was super helpful throughout the process and helping us get our bearings. Thank you for everything.

What a great place to stay! You couldn’t ask for a better location. The place was immaculate, and had such a welcoming feeling as we walked in with music playing, and a personal message written to us on the chalkboard! The host was in constant communication with us, and always responded immediately to any questions we had. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

This location was fantastic for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out and each have a comfortable place to sleep. The porches were great and the furniture/fixtures inside were very clean and welcoming. We’d highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Wrigley in the future.

We loved staying at this rental. So much room to hang out, super comfortable beds, lots of kitchen tools/cookware/dishes/etc., and Ami was an absolutely wonderful host. Great communication throughout the booking process and stay. We really appreciated all of the bottled water (and Brita water filter to refill them) and all of the coffee & tea options provided. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area. The neighborhood block was nice and quiet. Seemed super safe and very easy to walk to Wrigley Field and nearby eateries. We highly recommend taking the Wrigley Field historical tour if you’re into baseball. We loved hanging out on the balcony and taking in the sites of the big city skyline. Overall excellent stay.

Couldn’t speak higher of a place to stay. Incredible location, fantastic host, and a beautiful property. Being right up the street from Wrigley Field, made our commute to the Cubs game quick and easy. Rooftop patio was nice for unwinding. Hosts were over accommodating and even made sure we had some water/drinks in the fridge to start the weekend off right!

Great location to enjoy game day with friends and family. The unit was well furnished and very clean. Would definitely recommend for large groups wanting to stay near Wrigleyville.

This house looked to have been newly renovated and had everything we needed during our stay. It easily fit 10 guys for a Bachelor Trip with tons of living room/kitchen hangout space.
The rooftop patio was a huge bonus as we were able to enjoy some sun between plans.
The location could not have been better either. It is a few houses down from the main street in Wrigley so it wasn't loud at night and a quick 3 minute walk to the bars/restaurants.
We had a small door code issue that Ami, the host, was very attentive to resolving for us. He also was super accommodating throughout the trip to make sure everything was seamless during our stay.
The paid parking in the back was very convenient and especially worth it because of the Cubs games that weekend.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here as we couldn't have asked for a better place for the price, location, and quality.

Property was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. Great location. Only bummer would be the tight parking spaces but it’s Chicago. Space is a premium. So glad we opted for this vs. a hotel. Better than we expected. Next time we visit Chicago, we’d gladly rent this property again. Thanks again for prompt responses and beautiful property.

The property was perfect for a family getaway. Plenty of space and a great location to explore Clark Street. Ami was very responsive and provided great detail about our stay which included check-in/check-out info, access to property, and parking information. Overall, it was a great stay.

The personalized welcome touches - from the welcome board, to music and the preemptive offer to check-in early contributed to a welcome ambience.
The place was well appointed, serviced and accommodated eight adults very comfortably. Location was perfect, so close to Wrigleys.

My friends and I stayed here over a long weekend and the apartment worked out great. The large common space with the kitchen and living room made everyone feel connected. We also spent a nice morning out on the upper deck that is connected to the large bedroom upstairs. It's worth noting that one of the beds is located on the game loft, which doesn't have a ton of privacy. But our friend said he felt fine there. The apartment is steps away from bustling Clark St but was far enough away that it was still quiet and low key. Check-in and check-out were easy and the host responded to our messages within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I'd recommend this property!

My husband and our adult children absolutely loved pretending to "live"in Wrigleyville for a few days, and this property enhanced our experience wonderfully! Clean, spacious, and perfect location to take a in a few Cubby games, shop, and dine. We also enjoyed cooking breakfasts every morning as a family in the well-equipped kitchen. This property is promised and prepared perfectly!

This property was beautiful and very well maintained! We were literally a 2 minute (or less) walk from several bars and restaurants, as well as Wrigley Field! This was perfect for our group, there is a bathroom to every bedroom which was so nice to give everyone their own space when traveling with co-workers. Cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a bachelor party/Cubs game weekend. It was perfect!!! The host, Amir was extremely responsive and so helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was tremendous. I can’t say enough positive things about Amir and the house. I absolutely recommend staying here if you plan to explore Wrigleyville. Location couldn’t be better and the house is awesome.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. The host made every effort to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed and wanted. The house was well stocked with supplies we needed and special treats upon our arrival. It was a beautiful, setting to celebrate the engagement of my son and his fiancée. We took 6 adults and 7 children ranging from 10-3 to Wrigley for the first time!! This place was 2 blocks from the stadium in the heart of everything. The accommodations were amazing. the condo was perfect!! I could not of asked for a better place to stay or the communication from the host. We will be back!

Ami's property is amazing. We celebrated a bachelorette party and the space was perfect for it. I loved having enough space for every person to have a bed, although two queen air mattresses are provided! The living room / kitchen is big enough for everyone to hang out on the couches. The home is in a perfect location in Wrigleyville with less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars.
There was quite a bit of paperwork to fill out and I didn't realize there was an extra charge per person per night over 6 guests which added up pretty quickly.
Ami was super accommodating and gave us an early check-in and late check-out, because the cleaning crew finished early. Would definitelty recommend for a fun weekend!

Spent a weekend with friends here. Great location—a few steps away from wrigley field and Clark Street! Very clean with plenty of towels. An awesome rooftop private patio and second porch to enjoy nice weather. Great communication with property manager!
