Close to Wrigley Field
There was no staff at the desk all weekend and they give you a number to call and no one answered it.
2.0
Location, cool looking room
Was never able to get a hold of any staff when we had issues, felt strange having no one available to help, floors in our room were sticky, shower leaked all over bathroom, tv barely worked
4.0
The decor of the lobby was nice. Housekeeping was nice. Patio was a nice asset.
The check-in process was lacking, and left a lot to be desired. None of the keys we got worked for the front door. Luckily, a nice couple already inside let us in, and we were able to contact the emergency line, which truthfully, was not at all helpful. Our bathroom door did not fit its frame, so it did not shut properly. I have to say, it was not fun when someone in the group had to use the bathroom. Additionally, while the beds seemed clean, all surfaces were dusty and grimy.

Walking distance to Wrigley Field 👍.
The room smelled like an old wet dog! TV channels VERY limited! NO staff at all on premises. Have to STAND outside in Chicago weather & text for instructions on how to enter building. Response time was MANY minutes and often answered by multiple people that didn’t see that you had already filled in information so you had to do it again! Many others staring at phones looking bewildered and frustrated. Saw some sneaking in door when others left so they could sit down & figure out what was going on. Was not expecting over $150.00 in extra charges above room cost. I did not want the “mandatory” Chicago attractions coupon book that was charged to my credit card.
Water cooler and pod coffee pot in lobby. Room was bare bones with cheap furniture.

easy check in, great decor, location
the link didn’t always work through Booking.com

Great location to Wrigley Field
There was a 49.95 amenities fee. This was for warm soda cans and a couple bottle of water. There was an email sent out that claimed to be a link for special benefit linked to this fee, it was a dead link. There is no staff, every bit of communication is by text and most of it seems to be automated.

Location, balcony, large shower
There is minimal to no staff on site.

Room was clean and location was great
Staff wasn't overly helpful, felt cheap, bathroom door didn't close properly
4.0
We were disappointed by how dirty and worn the lobby and elevator was. The one staff member on site was a young guy that didn’t seem professional.
.
More clean, more clear about the free drinks (that was super confusing and misleading

Terrible check in. Reception person not there. No parking was not told street would be closed for parking and i even asked via message...no reply. Cost extra 120.00 for that. No bedding for pullout couch. My friend slept with towels over her. Ppl above swear moving furniture fron 445 to 645. No one to call to complain. It was terrible stay!!!
All of above. Wrote in wrong area.

The decor, ambiance and cleanliness were great. Room was large and nice. This hotel is a block from Wrigley field.
There is no staff at this hotel other than a front desk person who was only at the desk once in a while. Remote check in left a group of people standing outside trying to figure out how to get in with no one answering the doorbell. Bizarre lockboxes outside with room keys. No parking or valet. No staff at night, front desk guy left in the evening. This felt very unsafe as I was staying in the room alone. The restaurant was permanently closed as was the outdoor patio. No room service or guest info booklet of any kind in the room. No room service. I never got any WiFi info. This felt like a very nicely decorated, extremely expensive hostel ($500). The whole thing was very DIY and felt like a scam. Ultimately, my stay ended up working out but I don’t understand how they are in business.

Comfortable and close to Wrigley Field.
Very little staff during the day. And the staff that was onsite, didn’t speak English. Made it difficult to get items needed. But they did have someone after 4pm.

Great location!
Unable to check in on-time. Difficult to reach staff. You get a single bucket of ice with 2 waters & 3 cans of pop. You don’t see/hear from staff again.

Location is great for Wrigley field and had a balcony.
Room is small and couldn't charge phones by the bed.

Room was very nice
No people. No staff. Hard to get access key to get in the building. They didn't give good info on how everything was done. Response time was way too slow

We had to leave abruptly at midnight due to safety concerns. Very loud pounding and thumping started to occur all around us and we did not feel safe. We quickly packed all of our belongings and left. We found a police officer outside who was able to escort us to our car to leave as it was late at night. Would never return, as a single mother traveling with my daughter this was horrifying.

I liked the privacy. Location
Guest services, although not on site, didn’t have Wi-Fi information available in rooms, had to text to get. Styrofoam cups for coffee and no milk alternatives for a place that charged 250/night is pretty cheap. I don’t drink soda and there wasn’t an alternative besides water for my complimentary drinks. The fan in the bathroom was broke and so were some of the coat hooks in my room.

Check in process was incredibly frustrating—there was no front desk staff which was not clear from statements on the website in confirmation emails. I feel the price was extremely unfair given the lack of attentive staff, lack of fridge/ice (was assured there was ice in the basement, there was none), lack of microwave in room, uncomfortable beds, lack of parking.. I am extremely disappointed and feel I wasted my money.
