Walking distance to Wrigley, bars, restaurants and shops! Ron and Cathy were great hosts! The place has comfy beds and everything you need for a Chicago get away!

Great location! Just what we were looking for - well maintained and clean, easy access to all Wrigleyville has to offer.

I can’t say enough about this property! It is a very short walking distance to Wrigley which was important due to my dad not being able to walk long distances. The area was very nice and safe and the house was very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

You truly feel like you're part of the neighborhood here. An elegant, older property that's been meticulously maintained and is very clean top to bottom. Beds were very comfortable and with only three of us (father, son & grandpa baseball trip) we had plenty of room. We loved sitting out on the balcony, especially in the morning. There was even some of the extras you would not expect like coffee, soap, parking pass, etc. Ron was an excellent host. Even though he and his wife live directly below, they kept to themselves but were readily available if we needed anything. It was amazing walking only a few blocks to Wrigley Field, plus there are tons of shops, restaurants, bars & grocery & drug stores in the area. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting an incredible Wrigley baseball experience!

The property is well maintained. The location was perfect as we went to a cubs game. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Close to many restaurants and bars. Was able to get access early which was good for us. My wife and 2 adult children had an awesome time. Ron was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again

Property is completely accurate in description and was perfect for 4 women friends gathering for a weekend. The neighborhood is vibrant and delightful with close restaurants, shops and all needs. Hosts made parking very easy as it was road games for the Cubs. Short drive or L to downtown for other activities. Property was a gem and perfect for our groups needs.

Great location! Short walking distance to Wrigley and restaurants. We even walked to the lakefront once where there were paved walking and biking paths. Home was nice. Beds OK.

A perfect place to stay to be part of the vibe around Wrigley Field.

I would imagine this unit gets rented often by groups attending Cubs game which makes a lot of sense based on the location and proximity of the ball park. I would also say it is a great place to stay for other events. We were in town for a game a football game at Northwestern and the proximity to the El at Addison and Clark which will take you anywhere in the city as well as the great night life around Wrigley is tremendous and the owner provided parking permits which were critical for our out of town guests who drove in and during a non Cubs weekend it is not as crowded as well. Owners are very friendly and available and also respected your privacy as they never came up to the unit.

We had a great time over a Cubs Vs Mets weekend staying within walking distance to Wrigley Field. We were 4 adults Cubs and Mets fans who love on another and can get along well!!! everyone had their own room which was comfortable. Beds were good too. There is only one bathroom wish there had been at least another half bath but everything else was great. Very comfortable living Room and dinning room and the kitchen was good . I cook a lot and always rent homes with kitchens. I would say this house has basic cooking needs but since most people are not like me you will think its great! The back deck is also inviting and we all sat there in the morning to have coffee and breakfast. The owners had a beautiful well maintained yard below us and this house makes you feel apart of the homeowners and neighborhood around you. The owners live below the unit and are terrific and responsive people. If we ever return to See more Cubs games I hope to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay in this place. It was fun staying in a typical Chicago apartment. The place was as described and had everything we needed. It was so close to Wrigley which made walking to a game and surrounding stores and restaurants convenient. The host was great and was helpful when we arrived-helping us find a parking spot. We would definitely return next time we want to catch a game!

Property owners where very easy to communicate with, in fact they live below the unit. Super clean and 2 blocks at most from Wrigley. Great Time!

When I was searching for a place for our group to stay (6 adults) I wanted close to Wrigley so we could see more than one game. This apartment didn’t disappoint. Merely 4 blocks from the park it’s nestled in a quiet (by Chicago standards lol) neighborhood within walking distance to classic Chicago charm. We found the best local pizza the first night and went back on our last! Close to shopping and the Lake Shore Drive and the El we were in the perfect position for what we had planned. The apartment itself was roomy enough for 6 adults to be comfortable and had the nicest landlords right downstairs if we needed anything. Ron even stopped up midweek to make sure we had clean towels etc. I highly recommend this apartment if you plan to see the Cubs this season. Thanks Ron!

We attended an event in Wrigleyville and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beautiful safe neighborhood right in the heart of Wrigleyville. Everything is within walking distance. The owners were great to work with as far as checking in and even provided parking passes. Thanks Ron !

Just a great weekend! My sister and sister-in-laws and I had our own VRBO for my nieces bachelorette party. The unit was very clean, perfectly located, and the host was great in communicating. He let us check in by 10am so that we could enjoy all day Friday in the city. Overall, a great experience! Thank you!

We came for the weekend to attend a Cubs game. The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. Recommend!

We stayed here for our annual Cubs game trip. This place is 2 blocks away from Wrigley Field. Just parked the car out front of the house and left it there the entire stay while we walked to everything we needed. Great place to stay with lots of room for the 5 of us. Needless to say, this will be our "go to" place every here from here on out.

Great place, unbeatable location, responsive owners. What more could you want?
