Mountain Luxury @ WorldMark Resort - 0.8 miles From The West Gate To The Park

We really enjoyed our stay. Property is clean and nicely updated, walking distance to all you need like stores and restaurants. comfortable beds and living area for family. Staff is super nice and helpful, booking was easy and communication was great. I would definitely visit again.

Comfortable a lot of amenities, truly gave the best room for our needs. We were overjoyed to be on the top floor. Two large beds that were extremely comfortable

Enjoyed our short stay in this 3 bedroom condo only a few blocks from the west entrance. Would definitely return.

Great 3 day stay. Not much to do in west Yellowstone so 3 days was enough to see Yellowstone .

Perfect setup for our family of 4.

The location is great, and the resort is as advertised. It was nice and clean and as advertised had no air conditioning. This wasn't a problem unit the Friday night of our stay when a loud group were in the parking lot making a lot of noise until about midnight, when they finally got quite.
The resort was very good as far an amenities, I would have liked the security that was advertise to actually have worked. The signs on the doors from the parking lots into the building say you need a room key to enter after 10 p.m., but the doors never locked. You could always just walk right in regardless of if you had a key or not.
Our host was great, she was very communicative and provided a great deal of useful information to us. I would not hesitate to rent from her again.

Beautiful Condo! Unlucky timing... but a greaty stay nonetheless
As we sat in the airport for our first (of 3) flights from Ohio we discovered the news of the flooding. Our hearts dropped. We moved forward with our trip hoping they would reopen before we left. They opened the day after we left. This was unlucky timing for sure but we were grateful to have a beautiful condo to stay in. It was perfect for our family of 4! I could not have asked for a better place and the pool and hot tubs were great for relaxing after a long day of hiking. West Yellowstone is a cute town with several restaurants, shops, 2 small grocery stores and is a perfect entrance to the park.
If you find yourself being "Yellowstoned Out" here is a list of things we discovered in the area!
* Mesa Falls (upper and lower - bring $5 for the park fee)
* Lewis & Clark Caverns
*Jenny Lake - The grand Tetons - Hidden falls (this is a 3 hour drive.. we got up at 4am to beat the crowds and I am GLAD we did!! It was crazy)
*Refuge Point trailhead (overlook of Quake Lake)
* Watkins Creek trailhead
*Danny Creek Road (a local told us this is a good place for wild life sightings...we saw a few Elk)
*Grizzly & Wolf Discover Center (right across the street)
* The rodeo.
Obviously our trip didn't turn out as planned but it was amazing anyway! Annette was amazing from the start making sure we got our condo a year in advance. Her hands were tied with this unprecedented event but we understood!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There were a few minor issues, but overall it was a great place from which to explore YNP. It was clean, quiet and the accommodations were well-equipped with all the basics you could need. We cooked most meals in our kitchen there, but local grocery stores and restaurants gave us some other options... Red Lotuts had great Chinese food!
Owner who rented to us was helpful and responsive from time of booking 7 months ago to day of check-in. She was great :)
Only issues were as follows:
1. Pool has apparently been closed for over year. Even with Covid and supply issues, this seems excessive :( It was one of the main reasons we chose this property over others in the area, as our kids LOVE to swim on vacation.
2. By phone requested a floor higher than the ground floor in a specific building with a specific view. The owner of the timeshare who rented to us apparently made the same request for us also. But when we arrived, there was "no record" of any special requests at all so we got a ground floor facing dumpsters of lodging next door. Not the end of the world by any means, and didn't expect to get all your wishes granted, but to have no record of the requests that were made two separate times by two separate parties was disappointing.
3. The toaster was broken but they did replace it in a timely manner.
4. When we requested an additional blanket, they said they'd run one up to us no problem. But an hour later it still hadn't arrived, and when I called the front desk again they said it must have been delivered to the wrong room so I could come to the desk and get it. I did just that and it wasn't a big deal, it was just a little strange. No apology - just acted like that was normal.
So again, just little things that were off... Overall had a great stay but will probably try somewhere less expensive in the same area next time. Other local places didn't have the cool indoor pool, etc. but since we didn't get to use the pool here it would've actually been a better value!

Stay here
Wonderful property. Just minutes from restaurants and Yellowstone entrance. Enjoyed hearing the wolves from Discovery Center howling in the early night!

Overall facility was good. We had three generations staying in the room and found the sleeping accommodations to be really good.
We found some basic flaws, for example;
Indoor pool and spa area closed for construction, was not communicated to us ahead of time
Entertainment is outdated, for example, no smart tv or streaming devices. So no Hulu, Netfix or HBO.
Toiletries were bare minimum, bar of soap and shampoo, would usually expect to have conditioner and body lotion.

Location couldn't be better if you're looking to go to Yellowstone. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious. Having a patio/balcony is very nice. The pool and hot tub were still closed for construction unfortunately. Not sure when they were removed but the pool table, foosball table, and arcade games from the pictures are no longer there. They are still in the pictures on Google as well. Overall nice property.

Although an indoor pool exists, it hasn't been available for over 1 year. We were notified prior to our rental and the manager said it may be reopened by the end of the month.
Would have been nice for this amenity after a few days hiking in the park.

Check in procedure a little vague but ultimately simple. Well furnished but a handicapped accessible unit so kitchen and bath were set up differently

Group Snowmobile Trip
We were part of a large party of snowmobiling guests. We had a GREAT time. Worldmark was a great place to stay and was close to the snowmobile trails. Annette was awesome to work with and checked in from time to time leading up to our stay. We'll do this again!
