Stayed at this million dollar house for a month and it was wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice at all. The home owner was an amazing human being and went out of her way to help. I had my entire family over Christmas here and it was a Christmas i will always remember. If you want to create family memories and know you can trust the home owner to be helpful, kind and gracious then stay here. Can't recommend enough.

Stayed here with my husband and daughter. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to the beach, 20-25 minutes into town. Easy access to the freeway. Stunning views. Great sized property, very comfortable high quality furnishings. Sylvia very welcoming and easy to deal with, very helpful, a great host.

The house is an older house but in good condition. Its close to amenities with good views and parking.

Sylvia was awesome. Good location with ocean views. Backyard deck and porch were perfect spot to relax. Easy 10-15 minute walk to beach.

With multiple couples attending an event just minutes away, the location was perfect! Some of is were able to come back to this lovely home and nap during the day without any hassle. We were also able to uber into town inexpensively for an evening so nobody had to worry about being the DD. Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels for showers and a trip to the beach. Would love to stay again!

My family of 4 including my 73 year old mother and 4 year old mini dachshund made the 3000 mile trek across country from Richmond, Va to Ventura, Ca. My mom and I were the first ones to arrive at 10:00pm to find a lovely welcome package from Sylvia and Dennis. We were ravished from the long day of travel so it was such a treat. We flung open the doors to the deck and walked out to take in the pacific coast air and beautiful sights of Ventura and the ocean. We continued to spend many days and nights on the deck enjoying the sunsets and warmth of the sun. The house was very comfortable and more than complete with every kitchen amenity and extra you might need. A great savings there not to have to buy extra things like salt, pepper, olive oil, spices and detergent. We loved having our privacy with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so parents, teens and grandma could have their space. The landscaping with succulents was gorgeous and my mom and I enjoyed walking around looking at all the plants. Overall, very relaxing and welcoming. Closes thing to home away from home. My family and I stayed here while visiting family and attending a family members wedding in SB. We flew in from Philadelphia & NY & was first skeptical about renting a house online without seeing it first. The moment we pulled up to the driveway & stepped on the beautiful grounds we knew we made the right choice. The home is spectacular with amazing views, large rooms with bathrooms in each bedroom. The beach is just a walk down the hill and the home sits right in the heart of Ventura, conveniently located near shops & restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Sylvia was an excellent host! This home made us feel at home! Thanks for the hospitality and all the accommodations you provided Sylvia. We will be back again

This home is ideally located within Ventura. It is within walking distance to the beach and provides panoramic views of the ocean and Ventura Beach. Well furnished , including comfortable beds in all three the bedrooms that each have their own bathrooms. The recently paved patio area, partially covered, is very nice and has been finished with fashionable cement paver blocks and a new privacy fence. The kitchen is more than adequately supplied and includes updated appliances. The owner is personable and most accommodating. She assisted and provided us with local guidance and recommendations that enhanced our wonderful stay there.
