bed was comfortable. room was spacious. walking distance from coffee shops and shops. fresh market opposite which I ate from daily! safe and clean area to be in on your own.

pool area did not have much sun. beds around pool horrible and uncomfortable. the “obligatory” $30 dollars you pay on arrival for a breakfast and use of Tesla. I don’t like being sold or pressured into things so I had this removed straight away. it’s quite a boring hotel. almost corporate with nothing cooperate happening. would be nice to hear music or some life.

Location of the property - very central. Hotel is modern and clean. Front desk staff was helpful and the valet parking attendants were excellent.

The unavailability of free self parking on property. There was a situation where what seemed to be a member of the maintenance crew entering the room, while occupied, without knocking or any sort of announcement. Needless to say this lead to an embarrassing situation, while being in the bathroom.

First room we were assigned to had human urine in one of the nightstand drawers. Staff came up and confirmed it was urine after seeing and smelling it. They asked us if we wanted a new room, and we absolutely did. All they offered us was $150 off the room for our one night stay and told us if we had mentioned it to anyone we would be escorted off the property. we still had to pay after opening up drawers and almost throwing our stuff on humane urine. We had no other options on a place to stay as it was a summer Saturday night in miami. We spent as little time in the room as possible. The assistant general manager also made a comment insinuating that it was me and my boyfriend who used the bathroom in a nightstand drawer. We asked to speak to the GM, but they never showed face or reached out to us.

Public areas were not clean. Reception staff were clueless or unresponsive.

The staff was welcoming, attentive, and respectful. These employees made this hotel very pleasant for my short stay. Pool table and bikes were available as was tvs for group watching. Room exceptionally clean!

Elevator seems a little rusty, slow pick up. No view from room other than concrete structure being built.
