Like the location mostly. But always go for a unit with a kitchen, balcony and water view if possible. The regular rooms are unwhelming. The pool area - which is shared with the hotel and condo owners feels dirty and the lounger cushions urgently need replacing.

The location was beautiful and the atmosphere was quite and relaxing.I also like the fact that parking was including with our stay.

It’s location was great, the views were great. The staff was excellent! Every complaint I had, Maida made up for it or would send someone for help. She is wonderful and kept communication open the whole time to make sure we were happy.
I booked a room with partial bay view and didn’t get the correct room. The pillows were too hard and the bathroom sink kept getting clogged. One of the 3 elevators wouldn’t go to the 11th floor when we would choose it.

The apartment was very clean. Set up was cute. A champagne bottle with glasses and view of the city! The team was accessible and accommodating when we needed linens changed last minute.

The room was very comfortable and the location is really good - very good neighborhood. The place is walking distance from a lot of restaurants. We stayed for just one night but still went to the pool of the building.

The front desk lobby staff was very good every day. Location, very clean, design/decor of rooms was excellent. Original artwork in lobby and throughout was curated well and framed pieces were done well. However, I would like to see artist name, title and media tag for each piece-that is important. Lobby furniture was well chosen!
The mattress was on the hard side, coffee maker didn’t work well - kept shutting off.

room made with attention to detail which two nice atmosphere, action washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, very good playground in front of the playground
no decal to use the garage despite paying for parking - it appeared the next day after the intervention, no electric kettle to make tea, crowded elevators, contact only by text

Drilling work at 8 am and almost all day long as they were refurbishing the restaurant one floor down.

The location and surroundings were beautiful. The city was full of life, even at night it was atmospheric.
It was advertised as having a beautiful city view, but the room faced a very ugly roof. (See the shared image) The pool is only open until sunset, and it would be good to swim and relax in the evening. (The pool is open until midnight in many hotels)

the decor was nice . location was nice.set up was cozy. close to Miami life. loved the roof top pool
had to find quarter to wash clothes, had to go to several places. cant get change from down stairs like the other residence. no long mirror. only one mirror in room that’s in bathroom. extra sheets and towels at a cost. and parking was 15$ a day, felt like it was mandatory, could have been complementary , think it’s just a way to make more money.

the service the people who where in charge is absoluty awful. i never coul use the safe, because nobody give me the keys, i write more than five times to them asking for the keys and nobody answer. the room was small and the dont have kitchen, no ice, .

Beautiful corner studio with a beautiful view, spacious room, comfort.
There was no a kettle, simply there was no a way to boil a water for a tea. Seemingly the perfect kitchen, but there was no a tray for the oven as well. No beach around, you need a taxi up to the closest one which was 7-8 miles away. The most of it, I hated the noise, in and out of the room and balcony, coming from the air-conditioners fixed on neighbour's buildings roofs, they were like none stop working industrial machineries. I am sorry for the unpleasant r/w.

Everything was just perfect. The apartment was fully equipped and clean. Ernesto always answered our questions. The main benefit was its astonishing view at the ocean and the city. It was a walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. The facility had also a nice pool providing the towels for guests. We definitely recommend.
