Sehr wenig Licht im Zimmer. Man kann keinen Kaffe kaufen Beim Eintreffen war die Toilette nicht gereinigt. Der Lift ist sehr langsam und es waren nicht alle in Betrieb

Excellent location and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, letting us check in early. Also we had to get to the airport at 1 am and the taxi didn’t show up but the staff member on night duty promptly found us an Uber and was very helpful.

There is a lot of traffic in the hotel and all the elevators were broken except for the one service elevator so it was a struggle getting up and down. Also the pool area could use a little makeover.

The location is very good

The rooms are old, very bad maintenance, lots of things don’t work.

The property was in an amazing area. We absolutely loved being able to walk into town to find little restaurants and stores that surrounded. We also appreciated the valet and parking garage, we were able to get in and out quickly when we had busy days planned. We also loved how big and comfortable the room was and how big the bathroom was.

The only thing I could complain about is the elevator but that’s not even that big of an issue for me, the hotel was beautiful.

Very convenient location in a nice area— near restaurants and shops. Sightseeing locations and parks are very close by as well.

Housekeeping suggestion: Have a way for your guest to indicate what they would like done if the rooms are normally cleaned every other day. I had to tell the front desk that I wanted extra hand towels and my trash emptied because the housekeeper left before I got to the door (No disturb sign was not on my door). I did tell the front desk and received the towels and trash was emptied. Concierge: I could never locate one. I am from out of state and would’ve liked it if there was someone was there to answer my questions. The front desk personnel were busy.

Restaurant and bar closed for renovations. No room service.

Amazing location in the with stunning views and wonderful pool. Huge well equipped suite.

Pricey parking. The bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment which we were not made aware off until we went to meet friends and found them boarded up. Not advised at check in.

Its in a beautiful area.

No free parking ,no breakfast ,old smell, only one ice machine in the building, the stff lack of knowledge . They don't know enything. Room was clean onece in 3 days. Overal don't recomend.

Great Location

Location in Coconut Grove was the best thing about this experience. Other than that, this would not be a place I would ever stay again or recommend.

The room was horrible and dated. This was our anniversary weekend and anything that could go wrong did. We changed rooms twice within the first few hours of checking in. After a long day and returning only to find more things wrong and a room change was initiated. Upgraded room was a joke and a basic insult. We just had to make the best of the accommodations because they were prepaid, never again! We were only offered one comp day which again was an insult. Stay away from the hype. It's definitely not what you think or expect. I was fooled by the pics.

J always stay here even when Aria was under Sonesta .s name…never had such a very small room…whith a terrible wiew…very noisy..very expensive..(more as 300.’ Whith no service )cover of the toilette broken..very cold people at the front desk..we stay 4 nights’ on smile no hello!!!
